Nowadays,college students are facing various mental health problems due to environmental changes,the mental health of college students has attracted much attention from school and society.Although many universities have set up mental health counseling agencies,facing the increasing number of college students,the gradually emerging psychological problems and the shortage of professionals,it is difficult to meet the current needs when solving college students’ psychological problems.Therefore,the introduction of foreign peer counseling and the establishment of a class college psychological committee system has become an effective way to solve college students’ psychological problems.The purpose of this study is to focus on group work,supplemented by case work,through targeted interventions,structured psychological courses,and other methods to help psychological members improve their helping ability and form a systematic peer-to-peer helping ability Self-made questionnaires.This research adopted quasi-experimental research to carry out social work in natural scenes and paid attention to the intervention in psychological committee members.Based on the literature review and baseline survey,the author designed the peer psychological committee helping group plan,used peer-to-peer self-made questionnaires,IRI to conduct pretest,post-test,and follow-up quasi-experimental research and analysis on experimental and control groups.Finally,comprehensive used of quantitative and qualitative methods,on the one hand,measured the differences between the experimental group and the control group in the main questionnaires and various scales.On the other hand,a case interview method is used to evaluate the improvement of human capabilities.to test the intervention effect of social work.The baseline survey showed that there were no significant differences in the main questionnaires and scales between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention.After intervention,it can be found that the results of the post-test and follow-up evaluation of scale and the self-made questionnaire experimental group weresignificantly different from the previous test.Especially the self-help questionnaire created by peers.The difference between total score reached a significant level(235.50±24.60 VS 245.17 ± 19.99,p<0.05),among which the score difference between knowledge dimensions reached a significant level(57.94±6.58 VS 61.89±5.40,p<0.01);The scores of skill dimensions were significantly different(106.28±13.51 VS 111.78±10.25,p<0.05).The control group had no significant changes,and the evaluation results of post-test and tracking were lower than those of the experimental group.From this,it can be seen that launching a helping capacity group for psychological committee members can effectively improve the peers’ ability to assist others.Although the intervention has achieved good results,there are deficiencies.For example,interventions involving the value of the psychological committee are difficult to transform in a short time.In this regard,the author recommends that the training of psychological committees in the future increase the training content and time,innovate the training content,improve the selection mechanism,and enrich and improve the school social psychological service system. |
