| The problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers are the fundamental problems concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood.The report of the 19 th National Congress stressed that the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the resolute fight against poverty should be linked.Precise poverty alleviation is an important premise and basic component of rural revitalization.Rural backwardness is human backwardness.To win the battle against poverty,the key lies in helping people with intelligence;to revitalize the countryside,the key lies in the revitalization of talents.The quality of population determines the level of rural development.To fundamentally change the face of poverty and backwardness,we must rely on science,technology and education to enhance farmers’ self-development and improve their living standards.With the wide application of biotechnology and information technology in the field of agricultural production,the scientific and technological requirements of agricultural production are becoming higher and higher.Through scientific and technological training,new scientific and technological knowledge and advanced management methods will be imparted to farmers,and it is inevitable to rely on scientific and technological progress and improvement of the quality of workers to ensure the growth of agriculture and rural economy.Only through science and technology training can we train farmers who understand technology,management and management.Therefore,the smooth development of farmers’ scientific and technological training plays a supporting role in the development of modern agriculture and the revitalization of rural areas.This research takes Gulang County,Gansu Province as the research object,studies the related problems of the county’s farmers’ science and technology training,introduces the basic status quo of the county’s farmers’ science and technology training on the basis of combing relevant theories and research progress Based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the experience and feelings of farmers on the training of science and technology,probes into the problems and reasons of the current training of farmers in Gulang County,and puts forward some measures to get a timely and comprehensive understanding of the training needs of farmers;We should establish and improve the information network,enrich the training methods,strengthen the communication and cooperation among departments,strengthen the evaluation and assessment of farmers’ scientific and technological training,widen the channel of funds input,and increase the intensity of funds input. |
