Under the background of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,academic master graduates,as the fresh forces of continuous innovation in universities,not only shoulder the mission of knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization,but also bear important responsibilities in scientific research and innovation in various disciplines.Nowadays,there are endless policies and measures for stimulating postgraduate scientific research innovation in various universities.However,the ability of postgraduate scientific research innovation has not been improved with the increase of incentive measures,and some universities have less output and lower quality of postgraduate scientific research results.How to effectively stimulate academic master graduates to carry out scientific research innovation has become one of the hot topics in the debate of graduate education.This thesis first summarizes the related concepts and theoretical foundations of scientific research innovation behaviors of academic postgraduates,studies the key factors that affect the scientific research innovation behaviors of graduate students,analyzes psychological capital,shared mental model,transformational mentor guidance style,team innovation atmosphere,collaborative innovation The relationship between the five dimensions of influencing factors such as the platform and the graduate’s individual innovation behavior,eight research hypotheses are proposed,and a two-layer linear model that influences individual scientific research innovation behavior is constructed.Secondly,the collected data of 138 pre-survey questionnaires were used to analyze the discriminative power of each variable and the reliability and validity of its measurement table,and a formal survey questionnaire was established.Third,a formal questionnaire survey was conducted with 102 graduate research teams from 19 universities in East China as the research object,and 665 valid samples were collected.Among them,680 types of questionnaires(research subjects are graduate students)were issued,and 585 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 86.0%;102 types of questionnaires(research subjects were team leaders or mentors)were issued,and 80 valid questionnaires were recovered.Theeffective recovery rate was 78.4%.The fourth is the empirical research using the cross-level linear model method(HLM).The effects of various variables on the individual scientific research innovation behavior of academic master graduate students are calculated and analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the individual research innovation ability of graduate students based on the results of empirical analysis.The study found that:(1)At the individual level,psychological capital had the largest positive effect on individual scientific research innovation behavior,which was0.657,followed by shared mental model,which was 0.092.(2)At the team level,the team innovation atmosphere has the largest effect on individual scientific research innovation behavior,which is 0.399,followed by the collaborative innovation platform and the transformational mentor guidance style,and the impact effects are0.237 and 0.197 respectively.(3)In the two-layer interaction,the team innovation atmosphere has a significant positive regulatory effect on the shared mental model,with a regulatory effect of 0.092,which cannot produce the theoretical expected regulating effect on psychological capital.(4)The mediation effects at the individual level and the team level have been tested significantly.At the individual level,the mediating effect of the shared mental model is 0.273;at the team level,the two mediating effects of the team’s innovation atmosphere are 0.239 and 0.383,respectively.Therefore,we should pay attention to improving the psychological capital of graduate students and guide them to conduct self-management of shared mental models.Management,advocate a transformational guidance style,create a free,open,moderately relaxed atmosphere of innovation,and build a collaborative innovation platform with colleges and universities as the mainstay is a countermeasure choice to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of academic graduate students. |
