Research On The Countermeasures Of Student Affairs Information Management In ZK College

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the industrialization trend of higher vocational colleges has brought new changes to college student affairs management,and has affected institution establishment,function display,function performance,mechanism design and other aspects.In order to meet the needs of internationalization and industrialization,higher vocational colleges should establish more perfect information construction system of student affairs management to meet the needs of different student groups.As information management system of student affairs of higher vocational colleges in our country now is still in its infancy,many colleges are constantly adjusting in the groping process.Especially student affairs information management of the local higher vocational college is still at the stage of copying mechanically,so a comparatively perfect system of student affairs management informatization has not been formed yet.According to the characteristics of their own colleges,they have built the system of student affairs information management under the mode of their own education and training,in order to meet the needs of today’s education.From the angle of combining theory and practice,using case analysis,comparative analysis,literature analysis,survey method,and from the angle of mentors,the front-line of student work,this paper probes into the main problems exposed in the information management of student affairs in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding management strategies to promote the management of student affairs in higher vocational colleges to actively adapt to the changing development situation of the times.According to the theory and work practice,this paper investigates the basic situation of student affairs information management in ZK college.First of all,based on the existing research literature,this paper explores and analyzes the current situation of student affairs management and puts forward some suggestions such as setting up a scientific student affairs management organization,improving the information quality of the management team,and improving the content and methods of student affairs management.Secondly,combining with the work practice,this paper constructs the student affairs management mode,main content,management team and management platform of ZK college with the help of questionnaire survey and analysis,and this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the informatization work of college student affairs management from the four aspects of work concept,management content,management platform and informatization construction.At the national level,the informatization of student affairs management can smooth the development direction of education strategy and cope with the fierce competition in colleges and universities in the future;at the college level,it can improve the teaching level and the efficiency of information management in colleges and universities as a whole.Under the information environment,how to grasp the basic characteristics of the management and service of college student affairs scientifically and correctly understand the main problems existing in the construction of college student affairs information is the key to college management information.It is an important way for colleges and universities to accelerate the information construction and promote the education reform to realize the construction,sharing and interconnection of student information platform,realize the informatization of student affairs management and improve the level of management specialization with the help of the new generation information technology.
