| China’s higher occupation education since the nineteen eighties started, after thirty years of development, has become an integral part of China’s higher education. These years, the higher occupation education shows the development trend of large scale, high speed, but also appeared a lot of new problems, especially the student affairs management is faced with enormous challenges in the new period. Many higher vocational colleges began to seek change, want to solve the existing problems of student affairs management through reform, but from the current actual situation, also have little effect. Based on the field investigation, research on student affairs management reform of Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of public management, can help to better understand the existence of student affairs management reform, which can effectively put forward reasonable proposals for reform, rationalization, promote the student affairs administration in Higher Vocational Colleges scientific, promotes the student affairs management work in higher vocational colleges can better adapt to the development of the new requirements of the times, to cultivate more high-quality talents for the construction of a harmonious society.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into four parts:the first part discusses the student affairs management theory. The characteristics of student affairs management meaning, content, objectives and vocational college student affairs management are analyzed. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems existed in the management of student affairs. These reasons are in many aspects, this part of the reasons for the in-depth analysis. The fifth part of the combination of the theory and advanced experience of the United States and other countries, puts forward concrete methods to perfect the student affairs administration in Higher Vocational colleges. Through the systematic analysis that the current serious problems of student affairs management. Includes:the student affairs management and backward; mechanism of student affairs management is unreasonable; the information of student affairs management system communication old poor; student affairs management system needs democracy; the specialization of student affairs management team; other problems of student affairs management. Aiming at the serious problems of current student affairs management, this paper puts forward feasible countermeasure, namely should establish correct student affairs management; student affairs management organization structure should be reformed; the content of Student Affairs Management in Higher Vocational Colleges and the methods should also be reformed. |
