| The minimum wage plays an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of low-income workers, narrowing the income gap between groups and building harmonious labor relations. The research on minimum wage in foreign countries has become more and more mature, and China is still in the stage of exploration and development because of the late start time of implementing minimum wage. The adjustment range and frequency of the minimum wage standard in Shanghai have been among the highest in the country over the years and have attracted much attention. Therefore,a systematic and comprehensive study of the minimum wage standard in Shanghai has been conducted. It has important theoretical and practical significance for the formulation and related research of minimum wage policy in Shanghai and even the whole country.First of all, this study takes the literature related to minimum wage in CSSCI and SSCI databases as the research sample, and applies the methods of literature measurement and knowledge map analysis. With the help of Cite Space software, the overall research situation and hot topics of minimum wage at home and abroad are quantitatively analyzed. On the basis of this research, the development status of the minimum wage standard in Shanghai is compared and analyzed from the perspectives of Shanghai and the whole country.Based on the relevant statistical data from 1993 to 2016,the gray correlation method was used to quantitatively explore the factors affecting the minimum wage in Shanghai, and the empirical analysis was carried out on the relationship between the main impact indicators and the minimum wage.In the calculation of the minimum wage standard, the five-year method including the gravity method, the Engel coefficient method, the international income ratio method, the factor measurement model and the ELES model are used to empirically calculate the Shanghai 2007-2016 minimum wage standard, and then construct the CRITIC-entropy-based power. The method is combined with the objective weighting model, and the main influence factors of the gray correlation analysis are used as the reference basis for dynamic adjustment. Finally, the theoretical value of the2007-2016 Shanghai minimum wage standard combination method is measured and empirically tested.Further, the factor estimation model is used to empirically calculate the minimum wage standard for various districts and counties in Shanghai from 2007 to2016.In the study of the effect of minimum wage, this study uses the co-integration test,Granger causality test and dynamic relationship analysis based on VAR model to measure the wage level effect, economic growth effect and human capital effect of Shanghai minimum wage. Finally, based on the previous research results and conclusions,a series of strategic recommendations are proposed to provide a reference for Shanghai to establish a scientific and reasonable minimum wage standard. |
