| With the deepening of aging,the number of disabled elderly continues to rise,and the demand for long-term care services continues to increase.At the same time,with the general improvement of the quality of life,the demand of the public for the quality of long-term care services is also getting higher and higher.Under the dual factors,it is urgent to improve the professional competence of LTCS-P to meet the increasing social needs.Shanghai has a high degree of aging and a preliminary development of long-term care services.It is typical to select Shanghai for research.Aiming at improving the professional competence of LTCS-P,this paper studies the LTCS-P and their professional competence in Shanghai.Firstly,through literature reading and Delphi method,representative professional competence factors are screened out.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among long-term care providers and their clients in Xuhui District,Shanghai,to analyze the status quo of long-term care providers.Thirdly,the AHP method was used to construct the index system of professional competence of LTCS-P in Shanghai.The index system includes five first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators of life care,medical care,rehabilitation care,psychological care and management competence.On this basis,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation results are as follows: the professional ability of LTCS-P in Shanghai is generally poor,the results of each sub-ability rating are quite different,the ability of life care is generally poor,the ability of medical care and rehabilitation care is generally poor,the ability of psychological care is poor,and the management is poor.The ability is very poor.After the empirical investigation and evaluation,the group characteristics and ability characteristics of LTCS-P were analyzed.The LTCS-P group characteristics were unreasonable personnel structure,weak professional identity,inadequate awareness of their own abilities,and lack of initiative in self-learning.The characteristics of LTCS-P professional competence are unbalanced distribution of competence,weak theoretical skills,emphasis on basic operational skills,and the overall ability can not keep up with social development.In view of these characteristics,the causes are analyzed to provide the basis for the construction of the promotion path.In the construction of the path of professional competence enhancement,we mainly draw lessons from the experience of Japan and Taiwan,and combined with empirical analysis,characteristics and causes analysis,starting from two aspects: time and key indicators.The short-term,medium-term and long-term promotion path should be constructed in time and latitude.In the short term,it will formulate industry standards,sort out registered employees,strictly check LTCS-P with bad records,and train weak abilities;in the medium term,it will set up admission qualifications,implement large data management for registered personnel,improve training system and improve LTCS-P treatment for institutions;and in the long term,it will implement lifelong learning system,periodic assessment system and health care.Full LTC insurance system.The key indicators include safety protection,emotional dredging,common disease nursing,rehabilitation training and nursing plan formulation.Safety protection ability should start from three aspects: improving LTCS-P safety consciousness,knowing potential dangers and regular control investigation;improving emotional dredging ability mainly focuses on systematic learning of theoretical knowledge;improving common diseases nursing ability and rehabilitation training ability is similar,mainly the combination of existing LTCS-P training and recruiting new talents.The ability to formulate nursing plans aims at improving the LTCS-P ability in an all-round way,improving the thinking abilityhrough training,and stimulating it in the form of competition.This paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of the path after the completion of the path construction. |
