Research On Cultivation Strategy Of College Students’ Sense Of Social Responsibility In New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation of China’s development and a new realistic background for college students to grow up.In the process of realizing the Chinese dream,college students play a key role,and their sense of social responsibility is also crucial.At present,our country is in a great change which hasn’t happened in a hundred years,and faces many opportunities and challenges in various fields.The investigation shows that,on the whole,the ideological level of contemporary college students is positive,healthy and upward,but some students have a weak sense of social responsibility.Therefore,it is an urgent proposition to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ social responsibility in the new era.This paper focuses on the issue of College Students’ social responsibility in the new era,explores its connotation,characteristics and elements,draws lessons from relevant domestic and foreign ideological theories,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current cultivation situation,and puts forward optimization strategies according to the problems,with a view to enhancing the cultivation effect in the actual work and enriching the theory and practice of Ideological and political education.The first part of the paper is mainly to define the concept of College Students’ social responsibility in the new era,based on the background of the new era,to explore the connotation of College Students’ social responsibility,understand its specific characteristics,and analyze the elements.The second part is to explore the theoretical basis of cultivating the social responsibility of college students in the new era,comb through the classical theories of Marxism,China’s excellent traditional Confucian culture,elaboration of the past leaders of China’s Communist Party and the discourse of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on the thought of youth responsibility.Besides,learning from these excellent thoughts included.The third part is empirical research and analysis of the current situation.This paper uses literature search,questionnaire survey and other methods to understand the current cultivation of social responsibility.The results show that the cultivation of social responsibility of college students has made some achievements,but there are still problems to be solved.The achievements are mainly reflected in three aspects: the degree of emphasis is gradually increased,the theoretical research is gradually enriched,and the overall level is in a good situation;the problems are mainly around three aspects: one-sided phenomenon in some contents,single phenomenon in some ways,and missing phenomenon in some links.There are three reasons behind the analysis: one is the lack of the goal orientation of Cultivating College Students’ sense of social responsibility;the other is the neglect of the individual motivation of College Students’ sense of social responsibility;the third is the lack of joint efforts in cultivating college students’ sense of social responsibility.The fourth part of the text is the strategy optimization.On the basis of finding out the reasons of the problems,the author put forward the cultivation value orientation of establishing the ideal of "high aspirations,strengthening the ability of " distinguishing clearly and being practical ",and bearing the responsibility of " national rejuvenation ",and then put forward the cultivation principles to be followed in the cultivation process according to the characteristics of students: pay attention to the unity of consciousness and heteronomy,cognition and behavior,individual and society.Finally,two approaches were proposed from the perspective of horizontal space and vertical time,namely,the cultivation methods of "cognition-emotion-volition-behavior" and "individual-family-school-society".
