Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Management Mode Of S Universities In Province B

The education of I&E（shorted as I&E）aims at cultivating creative talents with entrepreneurial quality.The report at the 19^th CPC National Congress in 2017 puts forward new requirements for talents cultivation:in the new era,there is an urgent need to cultivate a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with sound leadership ability to serve the building of a great modern socialist country and guide the development of human civilization in the future.The implementation of the development strategy of I&E I&Ehas brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the education and management of I&E I&Ein universities.The I&E education in Chinese universities has been carried out relatively late,and the management mode of I&E education is still in the process of gradual exploration and research.There are many problems in the management of I&E education in universities,such as how to integrate I&E education with traditional education,how to improve the faculty quality and curriculum setting,and how to run the management mechanism of I&E education efficiently.Taking S universities in B province as the research object,this paper primarily elaborates the background and significance of I&E education management,and fully understands its development trend by referring to the research status at home and abroad.Afterwards,through the study and elaboration of relevant concepts and basic theories,this paper analyzes the I&E education management in a public management theory level and finds out its development path.Finally,in the form of questionnaires and expert interviews,this paper concludes the innovation achievements and deficiency of entrepreneurship education management in current universities,and lists some primary suggestions by referring to advanced management concepts of foreign universities for the aspects of innovating entrepreneurial education management goals,improving the incentive policies for I&E,strengthening the financial supports,consolidating the faculty qualities and promoting the curriculum settings.
