With the promotion of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy and the further development of poverty alleviation,the related problems of rural labor transfer and employment are increasingly serious.For a long time,the employment quality of rural labor force has been covered by the quantity problem,which has not attracted enough attention.In addition,as one of the important ways to export rural labor services,building labor service brand and realizing employment transfer have played an important role in absorbing employment of the poor and realizing the docking of labor services to poverty alleviation.This paper is committed to starting from the new public service theory and employment related theory,and combining with the employment status of brand labor force,analyzes the employment quality of "Tianzhen nanny",and conducts field research on the basic situation,employment situation and employment quality of "Tianzhen nanny".Through questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,existing problems and causes of the employment quality of "Tianzhen nanny",and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is found that the employment quality of "Tianzhen nanny" has many problems,such as large income difference,imperfect social security and high employment discrimination rate.Policy system,market allocation,brand building,self quality and other factors all affect the employment quality of "Tianzhen nanny" to a certain extent,and restrict their employment development and career promotion.Therefore,this paper proposes to solve the employment quality problem of "Tianzhen nanny" from four aspects: government promotion,market coordination,brand building and quality improvement.The author thinks that only when the government,market,brand and individuals act together,complement and promote each other,and through the joint action of internal and external factors,can we better promote the development of "Tianzhen nanny" brand and improve the quality of employment.In the key period of the construction and development of labor service brand,this paper aims to explore the relevant issues of employment quality of labor service brand of "Tianzhen nanny",which has certain practical guiding significance for the transfer ofemployment and the improvement of employment quality of rural labor in China.
