Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneur Human Capital On Economic Development In Qinghai Province

Regional economic development is an important component of China’s economic development.Only regional economies with good development,especially in remote areas,can make China’s overall economy develop faster and better.Since the reform and opening up,due to the influence of factors such as history,geography,natural environment,and institutions,there have been large differences in economic development among various regions in China.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge and technological innovation are becoming more and more important in the process of economic development,and human beings are the creators of knowledge and the performers of technological innovation.Therefore,human capital as a carrier of knowledge and technological innovation.The impact is also more obvious,that is,human capital is bound to become an important support point for economic development.Both theory and practice have shown that economic development needs to be driven by human capital.At the same time,human capital is also a key factor in reducing economic development differences among other countries or regions.The report,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,pointed out that China’s economy has shifted to a stage of high-quality development,and stimulating and protecting entrepreneurship has become the key.In recent years,Qinghai’s economy has developed by leaps and bounds,and the average annual growth rate has remained at a relatively high level.However,compared with the eastern and central provinces across the country,Qinghai’s economic aggregate is still lagging behind.Based on this,the article first summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on entrepreneur theory,human capital theory,and economic development theory,and introduces the main theories required for this article.And it analyzed the economic development of Qinghai Province and the current situation of development of entrepreneurial human capital from the economic aggregate,entrepreneur human capital stock and entrepreneur human.Also,compared with the national average,the result shows that there is still much more room for economicdevelopment and human capital development of entrepreneur in Qinghai than the national average.After that,the article constructs a model of Qinghai Province entrepreneur human capital and economic development,and selects the corresponding indicators.As well as,Eviews 9.0 software is used to make an empirical analysis on the impact of the stock,structure and quality of human capital of entrepreneurs in Qinghai Province on their economic development,to demonstrate the impact of Qinghai Province entrepreneur human capital stock,structure,and quality on its economic development.The analysis which proves that the human capital of entrepreneurs in Qinghai has a promoting effect on economic development,but the promotion still needs to be further strengthened.Finally,the author summarizes the main problems existing in human capital and economic development of entrepreneurs in Qinghai Province.According to the problems existing in the development,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the endogenous driving force of economic growth,optimizing the internal and external environment of entrepreneurs’ growth,and promoting the accumulation of entrepreneurs’ human capital.It can provide reference for Qinghai Province’s better economic development,narrow the gap with other provinces and realize common prosperity.
