| The teaching efficacy of master of preschool education refers to the perception and belief of the master of preschool education in his ability to design and effectively complete teaching activities.It is of great significance to the career choice and professional development of master of preschool education.This study mainly adopts literature method,in-depth interview method and comparative research method,the four students of the colleges of the object of study for a master degree of education,the education before,during and after the internship for four former students master degree of education to design good teaching activities,organize teaching activities smoothly,help children’s ability to actively participate in the activities of perception and judgment for the interview,interview information collected by recording analysis: Cross major no education internship experience in preschool education specialized master’s in the early stage of the internship think "good design activity is not easy","fear","promoted actively participate in activities is a challenge",through the education practice,think "good design activity is not as difficult as imagined","I like the class","active participation" can be promoted through efforts.In the early stage of the internship,the master of preschool education who had the educational internship experience thought that "it is difficult to design activities well".Through the internship,they thought that "it is easy to design activities well".Before and after the internship,they said "I am good at classes" and "I can help children to participate in activities actively".The master of preschool education with educational internship experience in this major thinks that "it is a piece of cake to design good activities","I can organize activities smoothly" and "I can let children take the initiative to participate in activities" before and after the internship.No education in this professional internship preschool education specialized master’s in the early stage of the internship think "I don’t have the confidence to help children take the initiative to participate in activities","fear of organizing teaching activities",through the internship,thinks "I can organize activities","to help children take the initiative to participate in the activities I have the confidence",in practice before and after "believe you can design good activity".According to the survey results,influencing factors of teaching efficacy of preschool education professional masters in practice are mainly from three aspects:institutions of higher learning,kindergartens,and preschool education professional masters themselves.The guidance of the kindergarten guidance teachers,the working atmosphere of the kindergarten,the kindergarten attaches great importance to the education practice;career ideal,responsibility and serious attitude,observation and reflection,internship experience and academic achievement of master of preschool education.In view of its influencing factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching efficacy of professional masters of preschool education in the practice of education.The school supports the development of educational probation;Strengthen communication with the kindergarten;in kindergarten,strengthen the selection of guidance teachers;Create a loose working environment to relieve the work pressure of interns;Attach importance to the internship and support the teaching activities of interns;In terms of the professional master of preschool educated,I have formed a positive attribution style,a clear career plan,adequate psychological preparation and active communication. |
