In today’s society,the cooperation between family and kindergarte and establishment of community of families and kindergartens have gradually become the development trend of preschool education at home and abroad.Home both sides have a common cause,close ties,in preschool education is two important forces,can not be ignored.Home both sides should be equal,mutual aid,common learning and common progress,and form a joint force of education to promote the development of children.However,in the current activities of some homestead co education,there are some problems such as unequal status of homestead,single form,low participation of parents,marginalization of parents and so on.The majority of educators should reflect and improve,and actively explore new forms of homestead co education activities.In this study,D kindergarten in S district of Chongqing,which is carrying out activities related to homestead co education,is taken as the research object.The mixed research methods,such as observation,interview,questionnaire and text analysis,are adopted to study the current situation,effect and influencing factors of the implementation of parent participation Kindergarten Based Training in D kindergarten.First,collect the activity design scheme under each theme of kindergarten,analyze the activity scheme,score from the five dimensions of activity theme,activity objective,activity preparation,activity content and activity implementation,then observe the implementation of each activity,take photos and records,and understand the current situation of activity implementation.In order to understand the effect of parents’ participation in kindergarten based training activities,the author developed relevant questionnaires and reflective tasks,and evaluated the effect of parents on the reflection level,learning level and behavior level based on the Ke evaluation model.Through the interviews with parents and teachers,the paper tries to find out the factors that affect the implementation of parents’ participatory kindergarten based training activities in kindergartens.The results of this study show that there is polarization in the preparatory work of kindergartens,the implementation of activities in various ways,with parent-child interaction.On the reflection level of activities,parents are more satisfied with the activities;on the learning level of activities,parents’ learning effect under the three themes is more prominent,with greater progress.On the behavior level of activities,parents also perform better.Most parents are willing to reflect on their own behavior after activities and plan to make corresponding improvement.There are five factors that affect the implementation of parent participation kindergarten based training activities in kindergarten: 1.The perfection of activity system;2.The satisfaction of parents’ needs;3.The richness of teachers’ experience;4.The complexity of parents’ groups;5.The diversity of environmental arrangement.Based on the results of the study and the thoughts it brings about,three suggestions are put forward for the construction of the community of homestead education and research: 1.Universities should do a good job in guiding and exporting scientific research;2.Families should change their ideas as a whole and actively participate in it;3.Kindergartens should play a pivotal role to promote the progress of the three parties.and then four suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the parent participatory kindergarten based research activities: 1.Establish a complete system,Clarify responsibilities and roles.2.Do a good job in publicity and attract more parents to participate.3.Collect parents’ wishes and understand parents’ needs.4.Build a rich platform and provide experience for reference.
