| Risk management in China’s colleges and universities has problems of unclear risk identification,incomplete risk classification,mismatch between management measures and their own unique risks,and lack of quantitative research on risks.Based on the basic elements of risk management,the analysis in this paper builds the risk management system of colleges and universities in China to improve the current deficiencies of risk management in colleges and universities,and provides a reference for the administrators to make risk decisions.First of all,this paper identifies and categorizes the risks of colleges and universities from the perspective of campus activities,classifies campus activities into three categories: education and teaching activities,scientific research activities,and administrative management activities,and then sorts out all campus activity items and identifies the risk points of the activity,analyze the causes,and establishes the risk sets.According to the nature of the risk,the 17 types of risks summarized in this paper are divided into three types of risks: social safety and security,organizational safety and security,and information and knowledge security.This risk classification system is established according to the characteristics of colleges and universities,which avoids the problem of incomplete risk classification or the intersection of different types of risks,and improves the scientific and effective of risk identification and classification.Secondly,the improved hesitant fuzzy set method is used to measure the risk of colleges and universities.This paper takes SZ University as an example,and uses the hesitant fuzzy semantic calculation method,DEMATEL analysis method and VIKOR method to rank various risk modes of SZ University.The results of the study indicate that academic risk,accident disaster risk and social security risk are three types of risks that SZ University needs to focus on.The administrators of colleges and universities can monitor and actively prevent them.Finally,this article puts forward feasible countermeasures against risks from the perspectives of risk avoidance,loss control,and risk transfer,so as to provide a basis for administrators to formulate risk control measures.This paper carry outs the research of risk management from the aspects of risk identification,classification,evaluation and control measures in colleges and universities,and realizes the joint participation of all teachers and students and employees in campus risk management.It is conducive to colleges and universities to deal with sudden risk accidents in a timely and effective manner.And it provides the necessary guarantee for the smooth development of campus activities. |
