Science is the source of a country’s development and social progress,a person’s scientific literacy should be cultivated from childhood,so the primary school "science" education plays a crucial role in cultivating students’ scientific literacy.Although China’s primary school "science" education has made a lot of achievements,but in the practice of teaching there are still a shortage of teaching resources,the loss of the dominant position of students,less exploration activities and other problems.With the continuous emergence of new technologies,many researchers are committed to applying new technologies to the practice of teaching to improve the quality and effect of teaching.The application of AR technology in teaching is one of them.In this context,this study is devoted to applying AR technology to the teaching activities of science in primary schools to explore the influence of the application of AR technology on students’ learning interest and learning effect in learning science.Centering on the above research contents,this research mainly carried out the following four aspects of work :(1)theoretical research.Elaborated the research background and significance,summarizes the research status both at home and abroad,and clear the concept of augmented reality,reviews the developing course of augmented reality,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of augmented reality,summarizes the nature of the primary school science curriculum and the basic concept,and discusses the application of augmented reality in the elementary school science teaching pedagogy basis in theory.(2)development of AR teaching resources.At the beginning of the development of teaching resources,the author sorts out the development ideas and formulates the development process,which lays the foundation for the later software development.Then the demand analysis is carried out,including target analysis,learner analysis,teaching content analysis and realization resource analysis.At the same time,combining with the previous research results,the principles of augmented reality software design and development are obtained.Finally,using the Unity 3D software,the AR teaching resources of "understanding bones" in the fourth grade science were developed.(3)applied research.Firstly,the preparation of teaching is carried out,including the design of teaching cases,the selection of experimental subjects,the compilation of questionnaires and test papers,etc.After the application,through the analysis of the in-class test results of the experimental class and the control class,it is found that the application of AR technology to the teaching activities of science in primary schools can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the learning effect.(4)research summary.After completing the above work,the results of this study are summarized,and the limitations of the research and prospects for AR application teaching are also analyzed.By introducing AR technology into the teaching activities of science in primary schools,the problem of lack of teaching resources can be well solved.With the combination of virtual and real AR,the teaching situation can be created so that students can be "immersed".By taking advantage of the real-time interaction features of AR and adopting the inquiry-based teaching mode,students’ subjective initiative is given full play to,their interest in learning is stimulated,and the learning effect is improved. |
