| With the economy of Jiangxi entering the key period of deepening the reform in an all-round way,the demand for high-quality talents is increasing day by day.As a direct industry intelligence support for the society,Vocational Education is closely related to the economic development of Jiangxi.The appearance of the 20-article vocational education indicates the position and function of vocational education in the construction of modern economic system,and it is very important to explore the relationship between vocational education and regional industrial development.First of all,by summarizing the relevant evaluation indicators of vocational education and regional industry development level,which establishes an evaluation indicator system suitable for the development level of vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province.Secondly,by collecting the relevant data of vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018,the quantitative evaluation of the development level of vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province is realized.From 2009 to 2018,the development level of vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province showed a steady upward trend.Secondly,based on the analysis of the relevant synchronicity theory and coupling coordination theory,combined with the relevant data of vocational education and regional industrial development in Jiangxi Province,this paper constructs the coupling degree,coupling coordination degree and synchronicity evaluation model of their development.Combined with the measurement of coupling degree,coupling coordination and synchronization between vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province in 2009-2018,the research results show that:(1)the coupling degree between vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province is between 0.1-0.5 in 2009-2018,indicating that the coupling between vocational education and regional industry in Jiangxi Province is still at a low level.(2)in terms of the level of coupling degree coordination,the level of coupling degree coordination in Jiangxi Province has gradually developed from serious imbalance toreluctant coordination in the last decade.(3)From the point of view of the coupling degree of vocational education and regional industry,from 2009 to 2015,the regional industry of Jiangxi Province developed rapidly and the synchronization type changed from the initial regional industry lag type to the synchronous development type and vocational education lag type.After entering 2016,the development level of Vocational Education in Jiangxi Province is better than that of regional industry,and the synchronous type of the two industries is transformed into the lagged type of regional industry.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the synchronicity of vocational education and regional industry development in Jiangxi Province,including the increasing investment in vocational education funds and the improving of the adjustment of demand oriented talent structure training.On the other hand,the constantly improving the level of vocational education talent training,expanding the scale of vocational education and establishing an open information release platform.should be established... |
