On the one hand,with the advent of the Internet economy era,in the face of changing demands,the intellectual elements mastered by knowledge workers become an important guarantee for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.Meanwhile,knowledge workers are characterized by higher autonomy,innovation and mobility.In the face of great pressure and conflict from work and family,knowledge workers’ satisfaction is decreasing.Therefore,how to improve the satisfaction of knowledge workers in an effective way,so as to achieve higher performance and stability,is a particular concern and urgent problem to be solved.On the other hand,with the continuous rise of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior,the focus of research in the field of work and family has gradually shifted from conflict to enrichment.However,the research on the relationship between work-family enrichment and satisfaction has been divided(Vadivukkarasi and Ganesan,2015)[1].Based on this,this paper attempts to study the influence of work autonomy on the satisfaction of knowledge workers from the perspective of work-family enrichment,and further clarify the corresponding relationship between domain enrichment.In order to explore the specific way that job autonomy affects the satisfaction of knowledge workers and the psychological capital in positive psychology,this paper selects self-efficacy as the mediating variable.First,this paper reviews the literature of five variables: job autonomy,self-efficacy,work-family enrichment,job satisfaction and family satisfaction,and summarizes the concept,dimension,scale,cause and effect of variables,and the research status of mediating variables.Secondly,based on the resource-obtain-development model and the conservation of resources theory,the corresponding hypothesis model was deduced and developed,and the questionnaire survey was conducted by referring to the mature scale at home and abroad.Finally,this paper use SPSS24.0 and Aoms24.0 statistical tools to process the analysis data to verify the hypothesis.The results show that: first,job autonomy competition affects job satisfaction and family satisfaction,and the former has a stronger effect than the latter.Secondly,work-family gain plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between job autonomy,job satisfaction and family satisfaction,and the mediating effect of the former is stronger than that of the latter.Thirdly,the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between job autonomy and job satisfaction and family satisfaction is not significant.Fourth,self-efficacy and work-family enrichment play a chain mediating role between job autonomy and job satisfaction.Self-efficacy and work-family enrichment play a chain mediating role between work autonomy and family satisfaction.And the chain mediating effect of the former is stronger than that of the latter.This paper further discusses and analyzes this result,and provides management suggestions for the management practice of enterprises.The research significance of this paper is as follows: firstly,it provides a new way for enterprises to improve the satisfaction of knowledge workers;Secondly,the combination of positive psychology and human resource management verifies the existence of the black box-self-efficacy in the resource-obtain-development model.Finally,the results of this paper further clarify the inter-domain enrichment relationship,that is,the contribution domain will affect both the contribution domain and the receiving domain through the work to the family enrichment.The innovation of this paper lies in expanding the perspective of the research on the interface relationship between work andfamily.In this paper,knowledge workers are selected as work-family enrichment,which breaks through the current situation that previous studies only focus on teachers and medical personnel.Secondly,this paper establishes a chain mediation model combining proximate and remote factors to enrich the research method of knowledge workers’ satisfaction.
