An Empirical Study On Core Stability Training Of Young Male Dragon Boat Athletes

In recent years,core stability training has attracted the attention of experts in related fields at home and abroad.It has been successfully introduced into some high-level sports teams in China and achieved good training results.As a water sports event,the body of the dragon boat is in an unstable state in the process of rowing.If the athletes want to play their own technology and ability,they need to control the stability of the core area.Traditional lumbar and abdominal strength training is based on the stable plane support,one end of the muscle is fixed to do the centripetal contraction,the training effect is not good and the risk of sports injury is high.Core stability training is a kind of training activity of muscles in unstable state,which is very similar to the state of dragon boat athletes in the process of rowing.Based on this,this study hopes to improve the functional action level,core stability,general strength,general endurance and special ability of young men’s Dragon Boat athletes,reduce the risk of sports injury and enrich the Dragon Boat physical training system by comparing the core stability training with the traditional waist and abdomen strength training.In this paper,the methods of literature,expert interview and experiment are used to study.The research object is 28 young male dragon boat players of Liaocheng University dragon boat team.The experimental object is divided into equal experimental group and control group by snake grouping method.Through the interview and consultation with experts,11 test method indexes were selected as the evaluation indexes of this study.Before the experiment,through the test of the measurement indexes,the data p value of the experimental group and the control group was greater than 0.05,there was no significant difference,so they could be used as the same level object for the actual control.In the case of this grouping,the core stability training group is the experimental group and the traditional waist and abdomen strength training group is the control group.The experimental period is the same as 10 weeks.The two groups of athletes complete the core stability training and the traditional waist and abdomen training three times a week and once a 100 minutes outside the unified training plan.After 10 weeks of the experiment,the subjects of the two groups were measured after the experiment,and the analysis was carried out before and after the experiment.Results:(1)after intervention,the core stability test results showed that the five test indexes of the experimental group were all improved,among which the four tests of DLS,DLH,Su and EE were significantly different,while the difference of TEF was not significant.In the control group,three tests were improved,and one test of Su was significantly different.The improvement of core stability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(2)After intervention,the maximum strength and strength endurance of upper and lower limbs in the experimental group were improved in all six tests,among which there were significant differences in the four tests of lying push3 RM,lying pull 3RM,lying pull 2min and squat 2min.The five test indexes of the control group were improved,and the difference of squat for 2 minutes was significant.The six tests of maximum strength and strength endurance of upper and lower limbs in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two tests of lying for 2min and squatting for 2min.(3)After intervention,the results of general endurance quality test showed that the two test indexes in the experimental group were improved,but the difference was not significant.The values of the two test indexes in the control group were slightly lower than that before the intervention,and the difference was not significant.(4)After the intervention,four test indexes of the experimental group were improved,among which 100 meter dynamometer and 500 meter dynamometer were significantly different.Although the four test indexes of the control group were improved,the difference was not significant.The mean value of the three test indexes of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,among which the difference is significant.(5)After intervention,the FMS scores of the experimental group were significantly different.Although the FMS score of the control group increased,the difference was not significant.The FMS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.
