| In recent years,with the gradual deepening of home cooperation,the participation of family committees in kindergarten management has also become particularly important.The addition of family committees has broken the single traditional form of early childhood education methods,improved the early childhood education system,and made kindergartens,Family and society can be coordinated to promote a trinity education system.In addition,to a certain extent,it has also improved the educational environment for young children,which is more conducive to their healthy growth.However,the joining of the family committee has also caused many problems,such as the impact of the original kindergarten management system,the incomplete formulation of the constitution of the family committee,the content of participation in management,the passive participation in the management of the kindergarten,and the activities organized by the family committee have not been normalized.And the role of the two-way communication of the family committee is not obvious.Based on the two theoretical systems of overlapping influence area theory and human development ecology theory,and by adopting research methods such as literature research method and survey method,this paper has achieved a coherent combination of theory and practice,and summarized the experience of kindergarten parent committee construction at home and abroad.Through on-site inspections of H kindergarten,and interviews with kindergarten managers,teachers’ parents and other relevant personnel,and Members of the committee and ordinary parents conducted a questionnaire survey to outline the current status of the participation of H kindergarten family committees in management from the aspects of the construction of the family committees,the methods of participating in management,the content of participation in management,and typical case analysis,and revealed their participation in the management process.The problems that have arisen have been analyzed at the same time in further combination with domestic and foreign theoretical and practical experience.At the same time,individual suggestions are put forward: on the basis of this,individual suggestions are proposed: the establishment and improvement of the management system for the construction of family committees,and the concept of social co-governance and community in kindergartens.Establish a standardized selection method of family committee members,clarify the responsibilities and rights of family committees,establish equal,two-way,responsive communication,etc.,and give full play to the various functions of family committee education,economics,and social coordination. |
