Study On The Application Of Moral Flexible Management In The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major judgment that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and China has embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Contemporary college students are the significant force of the construction of the motherland in the new era,and also the witness of the development of the new journey of the country.In order to effectively shoulder the new mission given by the new era and grow into a socialist qualified builder and reliable successor who meets the requirements of the development of the new era,the ideological and political education of college students plays an important role in direction.The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of the management of college education and teaching,it is also plays an important guiding role in the growth and healthy development of college students.In recent years,with the promotion and attention of higher education to the development of talent training quality,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the exertion of the subjective rule of college students in the management of education and teaching.As far as the ideological and political education of college students is concerned,how to further improve the effect of educating students and make it more scientific and humane is an issue that ideological and political workers have been deeply discussing and solving.This paper tries to introduce "moral flexible management" to study the ideological and political education of college students,so how to understand “the application of moral flexible management in ideological and political education of college students”? In short,it means that the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should use the method of flexible management to educate and guide college students’ ideology,political attitude and moral quality and cultivate them to take correct political positions,firm ideal beliefs and good moral qualities.This is different from the ideological and political education of college students traditionally,which pays more attention to the one-way indoctrination of political theories.Moral flexible management lays more emphasis on the use of soft mild,softmoist and soft loving ways to guide college students’ ideology and behaviors in the right direction.At present,colleges and universities are in the period of building a harmonious and civilized ecological campus and college students are in an era of fierce competition full of opportunities and challenges,they are facing the pressure of further education and employment and so on,various social contradictions and problems are emerging which greatly affects the implementation of the goals of colleges and universities.Numerous practical experience tell us that to solve any problems of students,it is helpless if we blindly pay attention to use "tough" methods and emphasize rigid management,and does not conform to the laws of education and students’ growth into talent.If the ideological and political workers in colleges and universities can use the flexible management methods of morality to carry out targeted educational management of college students,not only can train college students to have a healthy and gentle spirit,but also can build a harmonious and civilized campus environment,which is a kind of flexible turn of the college students’ harmonious state of mind to the society harmonious ecology.The value of its moral flexible management is undoubtedly evident.
