| Based on stakeholder theory and collaborative theory support,and on the basis of previous studies,in it area representative application of science and technology school of the jinggang mountains,hua yi electronics industry secondary vocational schools,secondary professional schools,it case investigation and research of senior vocational school,analyzes the current it cooperation between higher vocational colleges and secondary vocational school existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem.It is found that at present,there are four forms of school-enterprise cooperation in ji ’an secondary vocational schools: school-enterprise co-construction of practice base,establishment of vocational education alliance,development of order training and apprenticeship.In the process of implementation,we are faced with the following problems: the content level of school-enterprise cooperation is low,the motivation of enterprises to participate is not strong,and the investment is insufficient.These problems are caused not only by the government,but also by the enterprise school itself and the institutional constraints.The concrete manifestation is: the government service consciousness is not strong,the school-enterprise cooperation policy is not implemented,the management of school-enterprise cooperation is not standard;The school lacks the platform for school-enterprise cooperation,the teaching content is out of sync with the needs of enterprises,and the ability to serve enterprises is weak.Due to the constraints of traditional educational concepts,enterprises are not fully aware of the significance of school-enterprise cooperation,and they worry about their economic interests.The quality evaluation mechanism and work coordination mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation have not been established.To solve these problems,the government should give full play to its coordinating role,strengthen the awareness of service,introduce policies to optimize school-enterprise cooperation,guide enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen policy implementation,and strengthen organizational supervision.Enterprises should play a key role,correct the understanding of secondary vocational education,improve the awareness of the importance of participating in school-enterprise cooperation,pay attention to protect their legitimate rights and interests in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.Students should actively participate in the enterprise internship,strengthen the cultivation of professional quality,strengthen the sense of self-discipline;Schools should give full play to their main role,actively communicate and cooperate with industry associations,build a school-enterprise cooperation information service platform,improve the ability and level of service enterprises,and flexibly arrange teaching contents according to the needs of enterprises.We will establish a mechanism for improving the quality of personnel training for school-enterprise cooperation,and further improve the quality evaluation mechanism and work coordination mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation involving major stakeholders such as the government,schools,students and enterprises. |
