Study Xi Jinping’s Important Expositions On Talent Work

Talents are the key to national rejuvenation.The training of talents cannot be separated from the scientific theory of talents work.After Xi Jinping engaged in political work,whether it is his important speech on talents,his instructions on talents work,and letters to various talents,all show his emphasis on talent work.He stood on the overall and strategic level,adhered to the concept that talents are the first resource,cared about talents and valued the work of talents,and formed a rich theory.This research uses historical research methods,literature research methods,and comparative research methods to explore the connotation,background,theoretical foundation,development process,main content,basic characteristics,and significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on talent work.The first part defines the core concepts involved in this study.This study uses the definition of talents in the Outline of the National Mid-and Long-Term Talent Development Plan(2010-2020),defines talent work from a broad perspective,and attempts to define Xi Jinping’s exposition on talent work.The second part sorts out the conditions,theoretical basis and development process of Xi Jinping’s concept of talent work.The formation of this concept was influenced by factors of the times,practical factors,subjective factors,Chinese excellent traditional culture,Marxist philosophy,and the thinking of talents with Chinese characteristics.The concept has gone through three stages of formation,development and maturity.The third part summarizes the main content of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on talent work.The main contents include five aspects: training talents,using talents,managing talents,environmental construction,and work goals.The fourth part summarizes the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on talent work.The basic characteristics include five aspects: scientific and developmental in theory;global and long-term in vision;era and people in goals;feasibility and guidance in practice;vividness and profoundness in language.The fifth part explores the theoretical significance and era inspiration of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on talent work.The important exposition enriched the thought of talents with Chinese characteristics and enriched Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is an ideological weapon for the construction of talent teams and talent work,and provides strong support for achieving the two hundred-year struggle goals and the Chinese dream.
