| At present in China’s colleges and universities,various laboratories are the main positions for carrying out academic research and training professional talents,and they are taking on increasingly important responsibilities.However,laboratory safety accidents that have occurred in recent years have caused serious personal and property damage to teachers and students,and have also aroused public concern about the safety of college laboratories.The safety guarantee of traditional laboratories mainly relies on management systems and manual inspection methods.There are hidden safety problems caused by subjective reasons and human negligence.Aiming at the laboratory security problems,this thesis based on the specific needs of microelectronics professional laboratories,used modern Io T technology to effectively and conveniently perceive,transmit,and process information,designed and implemented a set of laboratory intelligent security protection systems to enhance laboratory active security protection capabilities.The article first analyzed the current status and defects of the safety management of the microelectronics process laboratory,proposed the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and focused on the monitoring of the laboratory environment and personnel behavior.On this basis,the overall system design was carried out,and the overall architecture was divided into hardware and software.In terms of hardware design,based on the infrastructure of the modern Io T technology,the sensor network design of the information sensing layer was mainly focused on,and Zig Bee technology was selected to form a wireless communication network to collect and transmit data.Based on demand,we used temperature and humidity sensors,smoke sensors,and web cameras to collect environmental data and personnel behavior data.Then,based on the designed hardware architecture,completed the software design and implementation.The data gateway software used the Zig Bee protocol stack to develop the coordinator,router,and terminal nodes of the wireless network,and designd and implemented data acquisition and transmission modules.The server software was developed using the PyQt5 framework,and the data receiving and display modules were designed and implemented;and related algorithms were designed for environmental data analysis,human behavior tracking and identification,abnormal state detection and alarming,and completed the design and implementation of the data processing module and security alarm module.Finally,for the finally implemented system,the black box test method was used to test the system function and performance.After testing,the system can realize real-time collection and display of laboratory environmental information and personnel behavior information,and can intelligently process information,detect abnormal conditions and issue alarm information.The system is easy to operate,responds quickly,has good operability,meets the design requirements of the system,and has good practical value and application prospects in improving the active safety of the laboratory. |
