Construction And Research Of ZigBee Campus Intelligent Security System

The safety of teachers and students on campus has become a concern of the whole society.It is of great social value to reduce and prevent the occurrence of various accidents on campus,to grasp the dynamics of students’ whereabouts,and to ensure the safety of teachers and students on campus.So improving the security level and working efficiency has become a meaningful research topic.The paper has discussed a smart campus security system based on ZigBee technology.First it analyzes and designs the system framework,structure,software and hardware,and then it has a test on a pilot campus.Finally,the construction and research results are presented.The main research and innovations are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the application requirements of security system on campus,optimizes the design according to the shortcomings of existing campus security system,and carries out the construction and research of the smart campus security system based on ZigBee technology.The proposed ZigBee technology has the advantages of low power consumption,ad hoc network,safe and reliable communication data,no hardware wiring,strong mobility,convenient addition and deletion of functional modules and so on;(2)Aiming at the smart campus security system based on ZigBee technology,this paper carries out the research and analysis of its software and hardware system.It puts forward the scheme of node deployment and designs a universal main control module.Other modules are developed on this basis,which greatly simplifies the difficulty and cost of hardware development.The feasibility of the scheme is proved by the software programming design test on each hardware module;(3)A conclusion is drawn based on the analysis of the packet loss rate of ZigBee data transmission,ZigBee power consumption,the communication between nodes,the operation test of the entire system in the pilot school and data derived from the system.That is the smart campus security system based on ZigBee technology can greatly reduce the incidence of campus security incidents and energy consumption,which plays a positive and important role in campus security work.To sum up,the smart campus security system based on ZigBee technology can greatly reduce incidence of campus security incidents.Doing well in the research of this topic can make a little contribution to education cause and provide reference ideas for security work in other fields.
