With the prevalence of overtime culture and the aggravation of employees’ family responsibilities,it is increasingly difficult for employees to balance work and family.However,when employees face work-family conflict,it will lead to negative behaviors of employees,which will do harm to the organization.The degree of harm may be different in gender role attitudes.Based on source attribution theory and identity theory,this paper proposes employees The theoretical model of the influence of work-family conflict on social undermining is regulated by gender role attitude.This article believes that employee work-family conflict significantly affects employee social undermining.Among them,women’s gender role attitudes play a positive role in regulating the relationship between work-family conflict and social repression;men’s gender role attitudes play a negative role in regulating the relationship between workfamily conflict and social undermining effect.In order to test the above research hypothesis,this study uses a questionnaire research method.368 valid questionnaires were collected from several companies in Beijing.Use SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire.Through empirical research,this paper finds:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between employee work-family conflict and social undermining.Among them,only work-family stress conflict has a significant impact on social repression,and work-family stress conflict represses colleagues.The impact is greater than the suppression of the boss.(2)Female gender roles and attitudes positively regulate work-family conflict(time conflict,pressure conflict,behavior conflict)on the suppression of colleagues,but not on the impact of boss suppression.(3)Male gender roles and attitudes negatively regulate workfamily conflict(time conflict,pressure conflict,behavioral conflict)on the suppression of colleagues,but not on the impact of boss suppression.The research in this paper has important theoretical contributions to work-family conflict,social undermining,and gender role attitudes research.In addition,the research in this paper has important practical guiding significance for enterprises to reduce employees’ social repression in the workplace and encourage employees to achieve work-family balance.Finally,this article looks forward to future researchers,on the one hand,to strengthen the research on gender role attitudes,and develop a localized gender role attitude scale;on the one hand,continue to strengthen the research on social repressive behavior,and longitudinal research can be carried out to enrich the work Research results of negative behaviors in the place.
