With the development of the economy and modern society,Pre-school education is showing unprecedented growth momentum.The following overall requirements of the times focusing on comprehensive quality of the kindergarten teachers are absolutely getting higher.Especially,the oral communication competence of kindergarten teachers has become increasingly required.The level of oral communicative competence is not only related to normal students’ future career and their degree of social adaptation,but also affects their teaching objects—kids,including the kids’ development of oral communicative skills,ability of thinking and imagination.Thus,oral communicative competence is one of the essential core of students ’ professional abilities.This thesis is based on the feature and nature of Nanjing Higher Normal College for Pre-school Education,aiming to cater for the needs of the students’ professional growth,and make research and reflection on current situations of oral communication teaching and class strategies.Questionnaires and Interviews have been used to collect data and analyze the students’ communicative competence situations.Furthermore,Sum up the problems or demerits based on the current students’ investigation and analysis in aspects of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.It is concluded that a series of teaching problems result from the dull teaching content,obsolete teaching approaches,unchangeable teaching model,and unsystematic assessment.Meanwhile,the students lacking positive learning attitudes,clear learning objectives,scientific learning methods and practical opportunities are the keys in improving normal students’ oral communicative competence.Based on above reasons and training objectives of oral communicative competence,new strategies including Hierarchical Teaching,Intensive Training,Multi-evaluation,Practice with Learning have been presented aiming to improve students’ oral communicative competence.The fundamental feature of this academic research lies in meeting the urgent needs of cultivating normal students,highlighting their professional characteristics,combining the characteristics of oral communication teaching with the peculiarity of teaching objects,building vivid classroom teaching to link to unscheduled teaching,connecting theoretical study with practical training.Aim at finding out effective oralcommunication teaching strategies that are full of vigor and vitality,so as to successfully cultivate oral communicative competence of normal students to some extent.
