| Volunteer service of university students not only embodies the spirit of the time,but also combines classroom education and social life.Since moral education is the key to cultivating high-quality talents for a country,volunteer service can guide university students to form morality that conforms to the socialist core values,meet the needs of students’ growth,and promote the overall development of individual students.The value of theoretical research lies in promoting the solution of practical problems.Through the practice of volunteer service,ideological and political education in universities can internalize students’ theoretical knowledge,which will make up the deficiency of traditional education and stimulate the potential value of ideological and political education.However,at present,the practical experience of university volunteer service in China exceeds the theoretical results,which restricts the role of ideological and political education of volunteer service in universities.Based on an in-depth understanding of college students’ volunteer service and ideological and political education,such as relevant concepts,theoretical sources and developing trends,this paper aims at straightening out the value of ideological and political education of voluntary service in universities,and analyzing specific problems when volunteer service is employed in moral education,so as to formulate effective strategies to enhance the value of ideological and political education with voluntary service.At the same time,with respect to our country’s long history and cultural origin,this paper,through comparison and reference of the experience of foreign practice in educating people,takes university voluntary service as a new way of ideological and political education to enhance the effectiveness of this education in China.In the third,fourth and fifth chapters of this paper,such theoretical logic and internal connection are presented in details. |
