Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Striving Spirit In The New Era

Strong youth makes a strong country.College students are representatives of the contemporary youth,the hope of a country and a nation,and shoulder the mission given by The Times.However,there are some phenomena in some college students,such as comparing with each other,preferring ease to work,covet enjoyment,and do not think ahead.Therefore,it is urgent to set up the correct values of contemporary college students and cultivate their spirit of struggle in the new era.This paper USES the combination of theory and empirical methods,the new era has carried on the induction summary fighting spirit connotation,and analyses the necessity of the new era of struggle spirit education for college students,and according to the contemporary college students’ cognition and practice of the new age fighting spirit status quo analysis,to reveal college students’ fighting spirit "missing" reasons,finally put forward the new era of college students’ practice of the path of the fighting spirit.The first chapter is the theoretical basis of the cultivation of struggle spirit in the new era.Tracing back to the important theory of Marx’s classic writers about struggle thought,combing the important viewpoints of China’s Communist Party leaders on struggle thought,summarizing the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the spirit of struggle in the new era.This paper analyzes the historical practice of the spirit of struggle in our country,and expounds the scientific connotation of the spirit of struggle in the new era in four aspects,which are "strive to be strong,forge ahead","down-to-earth,hard work","thrifty,plain and hard work","selfless dedication,dare to bear" and "truth-seeking,pragmatic,pioneering and innovative",and probes into the characteristics of the spirit of struggle in the new era.The second chapter is the necessity of cultivating the struggle spirit of the contemporary college students in the new era.This paper discusses the importance of the cultivation of struggle spirit in three dimensions.From the national level,the cultivation of struggle spirit is an urgent requirement for the promotion of national soft power;from the social level,the cultivation of struggle spirit is an important content of values education;from the individual point of view,the cultivation of struggle spirit is an inevitable requirement for the growth of contemporary college students.The third chapter investigates the current situation of College Students’ cognitive practice of struggle spirit in the new era.By using the method of questionnaire to analyze the current situation of College Students’ struggle spirit,this paper summarizes the effect of College Students’ cognitive practice of the struggle spirit in the new era and the existing problems,and analyzes the main causes of the problems from the school,family,society and students themselves.The fourth chapter explores the realization path of the cultivation of struggle spirit in the new era.Based on the existing problems of College Students’ values,this paper focuses on the following four aspects:strengthening the cultivation function of school in the education of contemporary college students’ values,exerting the leading role of family style in college students’ struggle spirit through the cooperation of family and school,paying attention to the infiltration role of education in the struggle spirit of contemporary college students,and improving the ideological understanding of college students for the struggle spirit of the new era The paper points out that colleges and universities should attach importance to the theoretical education of struggle spirit,the guidance of social practice,the education function of campus culture,provide a broad stage for college students’ struggle by advocating and supporting grassroots employment,and put forward feasible countermeasures to cultivate college students’ struggle spirit.
