With the deepening of the reform of basic education in our country and the transformation of the paradigm of education evaluation,our understanding of the purpose,method,subject and function of education evaluation is also changing,which requires teachers to keep up with the pace of the times,update evaluation concepts,and enrich evaluation Knowledge,improve evaluation skills,and promote student learning and self-teaching through evaluation.In order to understand the current evaluation literacy status of Chinese language teachers in primary schools,based on the existing research,this study requires the evaluation literacy requirements of teachers based on documents such as "Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers(Trial)" and "Standards for Compulsory Education Chinese Courses(2011)" Based on the elementary and middle school students’ physical and mental characteristics,learning characteristics and the characteristics of primary school Chinese,a "primary Chinese teacherevaluation literacy analysis framework" composed of 14 elements of evaluation concepts,evaluation knowledge,and evaluation skills is constructed.This framework not only covers the evaluation literacy elements that primary school Chinese teachers should have in a complete evaluation practice,but also embodies the characteristics of the "primary school" segment and the characteristics of "Chinese".Based on the constructed "Elementary Chinese Language Teacher Evaluation Literacy Analysis Framework" and interviews and observations with teachers,the "Primary School Chinese Teacher Evaluation Literacy Questionnaire" was compiled,and the current status of the evaluation literacy of 66 Chinese language teachers in X Elementary School of W City was investigated and obtained.data.Through the analysis of the obtained survey data through SPSS software,it is found that the following aspects of the evaluation literacy of primary school Chinese teachers mainly include the following: First,the evaluation skills of primary school Chinese teachers need to be strengthened;Second,there are large differences in the evaluation concepts of primary school Chinese teachers;Third,the low teaching age The evaluation literacy level of primary school Chinese teachers is low;Fourth,the evaluation experience of primary school Chinese teachers has a weak influence on their evaluation literacy.Based on the empirical investigation of the presentation and analysisof the current status of Chinese teachers’ evaluation literacy in primary and secondary schools,and finally put forward countermeasures on how to improve the evaluation literacy of Chinese teachers in primary schools from three aspects: government level,school level and teacher level.In a nutshell,the government should build an external environment that improves the evaluation literacy of primary school Chinese teachers;schools should provide support for the improvement of evaluation literacy of primary school Chinese teachers;teachers should exert individual subjective initiative,establish correct evaluation concepts,enrich evaluation knowledge,and improve evaluation skills.
