Along with our country’s basic education curriculum reform gradually thorough, major changes have taken place in the field of educational evaluation, the traditional teaching evaluation methods have gradually turned to "assessment for learning" a new paradigm, which makes the teachers teaching evaluation has become an important content of the new round of the basic education reform in china. The development of education and teaching reform and social evaluation to give teachers more responsibilities and expectations. The professional development of teachers has become a consensus in the teaching activities. Evaluation of teaching activities of teachers is through the teaching, teaching activities are important factors which can carry out smoothly and the implementation, but also an important force to promote the development of the students, designers and operators of teachers on teaching evaluation activities of the role, the use of professional knowledge and ability in the process, can promote the teaching reform to the better development of students. Therefore, teachers should stand in the position of self understanding, and constantly explore their existence in teaching evaluation, professional evaluation knowledge uptake, correct attitude to improve teaching evaluation, teaching evaluation skills, improve their quality of teaching evaluation, through the teaching activities to present the teaching evaluation of their quality, help the students to understand and use knowledge, and the pursuit of common development of both teachers and students in many aspects.In this paper, the middle school Chinese teachers’ teaching quality evaluation as the breakthrough point, to collect the teaching evaluation of teachers in the teaching activities and the problems of confusion, problems are summarized and reflection, affirmed the importance of the teachers teaching evaluation, and puts forward the evaluation of teachers quality is to be optimized, and then the use of a questionnaire survey, supplemented for this group of teachers to interview, combined with the specific problems reflected in the actual process of teaching evaluation, and discusses how to improve middle school Chinese teachers’ teaching quality evaluation in China from three aspects, namely, the national level, school level, teacher level, these three aspects. This paper argues that, the national level, improve the system and policy support is the evaluation of teachers’ teaching literacy to enhance the security level of the school, school evaluation; optimization of culture atmosphere is the evaluation of teachers’ teaching literacy training platform; finally, from the individual level of teachers, arouse teachers teaching evaluation consciousness, establish a correct \concept of teaching evaluation, improve the teaching evaluation ability, improve evaluation of teaching quality, and ultimately to promote the common development of teachers and students.
