This paper takes pre-school teachers in secondary vocational schools as the research object,in order to further improve the quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the core quality of pre-school teachers in secondary vocational schools is deeply studied.Using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,with national education policy,education related theory,based on secondary vocational teachers core literacy needs to preschool education professional technical secondary school teachers’ core literacy theory framework,the formation of secondary preschool teacher professional core literacy questionnaire,then using interrelated statistical methods to analyze the secondary preschool teacher professional core accomplishment present situation,existing problems and reasons,finally puts forward ascension "Internet+education" era pre-school education professional technical secondary school teachers’ core literacy strategy.This paper constructs a questionnaire on the core quality of preschool teachers in secondary vocational education from four aspects:concept and teacher ethics quality,knowledge quality,ability quality and information quality.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the questionnaire,it is found that there are some problems such as the overall high level of core quality of teachers in secondary vocational pre-school education,but the insufficient level of integrated teaching of information technology,the low level of overall pre-school professional knowledge,and the lack of innovation ability of pre-school education.The difference of the core quality of teachers in pre-school secondary vocational education is influenced by factors such unit attribute.In order to solve the problems existing in the core quality of preschool teachers in secondary vocational education,the government,schools and teachers need to make joint efforts and make joint efforts.
