| Children’s physical health has been paid more and more attention.The author puts forward the concepts of English sports games according to her specialty.By means of literature,interview,experiment,questionnaire,test and mathematical statistics,48 children in two classes of F kindergarten were selected as the subjects of the experiment purpose,this paper is to explore the influence of sports games integrated with English cognitive elements on children’s physique and English cognition.The researcher conducted pr-experiment in October-December 2018 and formal experiment in February-June 2019.Before and after the formal experiment,the children in the experimental class and the control class were tested for physique and English cognition.The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for descriptive statistical analysis,mean value analysis,independent sample test analysis,and the results showed:(1)English sports games have a positive impact on children’s physical development;(2)English sports games can promote children’s physical development better;(3)English sports games have a positive effect on children’s English cognition;(4)English sports games can improve children’s interest in learning English as well as their interest in participating in sports activities.(5)Put forward the four principles that English sports games should follow.Namely: the goal clear principle,the equipment sufficient principle,the difficulty moderate principle and the plot interesting principle.In order to further promote the development of children’s sports games,the research thinks that we should pay attention to the research of sports games based on the perspective of subject integration,the research of sports games promoting the development of children’s intelligence,and the integration of sports games and kindergarten knowledge in five fields,etc. |
