Study Of Precision Poverty Alleviation By Vocational Education In Southern Ningxia Mountainous Areas

As a type of education,vocational education bears the responsibilities of cultivating technical skills,training the working-age population and providing technical support.It faces the society,the public,and employment,and plays an irreplaceable role in targeted poverty alleviation.This article takes the targeted poverty alleviation of vocational education in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia as the research goal,expounds the concepts of vocational education,targeted poverty alleviation,vocational education targeted poverty alleviation and the relationship between vocational education and targeted poverty alleviation,and integrates the relevant theories of domestic and foreign vocational education targeted poverty alleviation,On this basis,using the literature analysis method,the combination of theory and practice,and the comparative analysis method,combined with the current situation of the development of vocational education targeted poverty alleviation in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia,focusing on the reality of the mountainous area in southern Ningxia,analyzed the targeted poverty alleviation of vocational education in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia Difficulties facing:Difficult to accurately identify the targets of vocational education for poverty alleviation,insufficient motivation for poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,imperfect construction of vocational education’s precise poverty alleviation mechanism,unreasonable professional settings and unreasonable number structure of teachers.In response to these problems,corresponding countermeasures such as perfecting the precise identification mechanism of poverty alleviation objects,improving the main motivation of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,establishing and improving the vocational education system mechanism,and strengthening the construction of teachers in vocational colleges and other corresponding countermeasures.Vocational education and targeted poverty alleviation are two independent concepts.In this study,these two seemingly unrelated concepts have been effectively coordinated,emphasizing that vocational education is the primary choice for poverty reduction and prosperity,which can be more effective in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia.Provide a certain reference for vocational education targeted poverty alleviation work.The article explores a new way of "self-made blood and poverty alleviation" that is different from the traditional poverty alleviation method.Relying on the actual situation of precision poverty alleviation by vocational education in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia,the research results have more practical and practical significance.
