Teachers team construction is closely related to the realization of the modernization of Chinese education,teachers realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the process of modernization of education shoulders the historical mission and social responsibility,especially in accelerating the construction of the whole education modernization backdrop,rural teachers of value and significance to the development of China’s education as a whole is self-evident.At present,in order to accelerate to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s education modernization process,the national level,social level and individual level such as the development of education puts forward a new request,accordingly,to speed up the process of education modernization,the backbone teachers should have the basic quality,should also puts forward a new era of responsibility.In the new era,teachers’ recognition of the new value,mission,value orientation of education and the new development requirements of the teaching team is related to their professional identity level.But constrained by various internal and external factors,the influence of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity level of reality and national society ought to be required by the standard price scissors,with different cultural background of teachers’ professional identity level each have differences,so need through a variety of mental and physical ways to improve teachers’ professional identity,to make them better recognize that education and teachers in education value in the process of the modernization of mission and responsibility,to form a firm their own professional faith,this is our country education modernization and the intrinsic logic relation of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity.The acceleration of the process of education modernization in China has put forward new requirements for the development of rural teachers,but also brought some challenges.Education modernization in the process of social transformation in our country,compared with urban teachers,rural primary school teachers in values,lifestyle,etc.The impact of cultural diversity,their professional values,local sense of belonging and self-efficacy of career development changed a lot,such as rural primary school teachers in the process of the professional dilemma faced by the professional identity put forward severe challenges.Remolding the professional identity of rural primary school teachers is a solid foundation for the high-quality,professional and innovative rural teachers to be trained in order to realize the modernization of education in China.This article is based on social identity theory and maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,through the literature research,survey method and case method and other research methods,in mashan county rural primary school teachers as the research object,the education in the process of the modernization of the current situation of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity,internal outer edge and possible ascension path for discussion.Firstly,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the vocational identity of rural primary school teachers in the process of education modernization,namely the formation,characteristics and application of the social identity theory and maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.Clarify the theoretical structure of teachers’ professional identity,including teachers’ professional values,teachers’ professional sense of belonging and teachers’ professional efficacy.Of modernization of education and teachers’ professional identity multi-angle theory analysis about the inner link,combing the process of education modernization of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity and professional development of the era of new requirements,clarify teachers’ professional identity ought to state,and the subsequent research to the rural primary school teachers’ professional identity the reality state of comparison,to analyze the reason for difficulties in rural primary school teachers’ professional identity and ascension path theory foreshadowing.Secondly,it examines the status quo of vocational identity of rural primary school teachers in the process of education modernization.In mashan county as the study case,using the survey method to collect first-hand information,the brief analysis of the general situation of the natural environment and social environment of mashan county,and then using the SPSS statistical software to descriptive analysis results,summed up the mashan county,the current situation of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity exist two aspects of positive performance and practical difficulties.Thirdly,it discusses the internal and external causes of the status quo of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity under the background of education modernization.This paper analyzes the reasons behind the rural primary school teachers’ willingness to stick to the countryside and their choice or escape from the countryside based on the individual rural primary school teachers,rural schools,national policies and society.Comprehensive and specific analysis of internal and external causes can provide practical reference for the promotion strategy of rural primary school teachers’ professional identity.Finally,based on the above research conclusion,in the process of education modernization country level for rural teachers team construction era of put forward new requirements for the implementation of the principle,put forward the education modernization process of mashan county rural primary school teachers’ professional identity the possible path of ascension for other similar to the mashan county development situation of the experience of the similar counties to provide theoretical and practical reference.Specific promotion strategies include:taking the independent development of rural primary school teachers as the endogenous force to consolidate the internal foundation of professional identity;Take the rural school reform as the focal point to optimize the internal and external environment of rural education;With the support of the state as the external security,to create a social "respect for education in the township" atmosphere.This study aims to rural primary school teachers’ professional identity in the process of education modernization drive of the outside of the present situation and the corresponding internal cause analysis,explore the may promote rural primary school teachers’ professional identity level path,in order to in promoting rural primary school teachers’ professional identity in practice to cultivate a localism and modern quality of rural primary school teachers,to maintain the stability of the rural teachers,promote the rapid development of rural education,and help to achieve the goal of overall education in our country modernization has important significance.
