Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Men’s Basketball Teams In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hunan Province

Hunan has a strong campus basketball atmosphere.In recent years,it has gradually formed a ladder-shaped campus basketball talent training echelon for elementary schools,junior high schools,high schools,and universities.Schools at all levels have successively established basketball teams equipped with hardware and software resources to improve basketball training and competition environment.The overall level of basketball in Hunan Province has steadily improved.Under this background,the author found that there are still many problems in the training concept,training methods,selection of students,teacher support,etc.of basketball teams of vocational colleges in Hunan Province,and the gap between them and the undergraduate colleges is large and intuitive This is manifested in the athletes’ non-standard skills,inadequate tactical execution,and low teamwork efficiency.Further review of the literature reveals that there are currently few studies on the construction of men’s basketball teams in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,there is no systematic theory,and there is no effective guidance for sports teams.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct such research at this stage.This paper comprehensively adopts research methods such as literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,expert interview,and mathematical statistics,etc.,and takes the men’s basketball team of 25 vocational colleges in Hunan Province as the main object of investigation.,Training status,competition status,etc.have conducted systematic analysis and research,discussed the factors restricting its development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the men’s basketball players in vocational colleges in Hunan Province mainly come from ordinary middle school students,and some come from sports schools.They have a certain foundation,but their individual competitive level is low,and there are certain contradictions in learning and training during colleges and universities.Second,the coaches of the men’s basketball team of vocational colleges in Hunan Province use direct appointment as the main method of selection,lacking sufficient market competition.Most of the coaches are young and middle-aged,with high theoretical level,but relatively lack of experience,full-time and professional The degree of specialization needs to be improved.Third,the men’s basketball team of Hunan’s higher vocational colleges is mainly run by the school in terms of team formation mode.The source of funds is relatively single,which limits the expansion and development of the basketball team and also affects the normal training and competition of the basketball team.Fourth,the men’s basketball competition system in Hunan’s higher vocational colleges is not yet perfect,and there are few competitions for high-level sports teams to participate in,and student athletes cannot be effectively trained in the competition.In view of the above problems,this article proposes improvement measures in terms of actively broadening the channels of basketball students,broadening funding channels,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,building the brand of Hunan Provincial Vocational Basketball League,perfecting the incentive mechanism of athlete coaches,and strengthening leadership’s attention to building campus basketball culture.Hunan Provincial Higher Vocational College Men’s Basketball Team Development Suggestions.
