With the encouragement of the government,the private school has become an effective complement to public schools,effectively making up for the lack of public education resources.Non-governmental education is an effective and important form of education in China.It plays a great role in social education.As the capital city of Central Plain,Zhengzhou has been encouraging the construction of private schools as well as the development of public schools.FZ private high school staff more than half are "90" employees,they have become the main force of the school.These employees have the unique characteristics of the times,they are open-minded,agile,independent,energetic,at the same time the pursuit of work-life balance and freedom,but also too much emphasis on the self,prone to emotional.Through the survey of FZ private schools,we found that the turnover rate of "post-90s" employees is high,which will obviously have a serious impact on the school management.In order to ensure the sound development of the school,it is necessary to establish an incentive mechanism for the "post-90s" employees.This paper conducts a survey on employee satisfaction by means of questionnaire,interview and investigation,and compares the results of the survey between the "post-90s" employees and the non-"post-90s" employees,FZ school should pay attention to the following aspects when making the incentive mechanism of "post-90s" employees: "post-90s" employees lack of job security;The Standard Setting of promotion assessment is not reasonable,and the salary incentive is not enough.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions: to help employees create job security;to improve the promotion assessment standards;to carry out "post-90s" employee career management;to design an incentive compensation scheme for employees.In order to ensure the implementation of the "post-90s" employee incentive mechanism optimization measures,the following measures are put forward: Setting up incentive optimization measures implementation working group,making scientific programimplementation plan,creating employee good working atmosphere;Listen to the needs of the post-1990 s employees.Not only can the sense of belonging and satisfaction of the "post-90s" employees to the school be improved,but also the enthusiasm of the "post-90s" employees can be enhanced.So that the "post-90" staff more energetic,pioneering and enterprising,FZ school to make greater contributions to the transformation and development.
