Pupils’ classroom problem behavior is one of the educators must pay attention to the problem.Elementary school students in children period,is the important stage of individual form their own psychological traits,so it’s easy to show the various constraints on the outside resistance,do not have enough self-control,not in accordance with the requirements of the class to control myself.How can on the basis of analyzing the reasons,to respond effectively to the elementary student’s classroom problem behavior,is a subject worth studying.On the basis of investigation and interview,this study analysis the real cause of the primary school classroom problem behavior,find cause the behavior of the external and internal factors,and find a reasonable and effective strategy,improve the teaching effect,enables students to healthy growth.This article take the way of combination of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,survey results indicate that the problem behavior is absent-minded in class,one of the most common way to do little affectations and whisper;problem behavior type more is the insufficient behavior,behavior,and excessive behaviour is relatively rare.Between different types of behaviour,the difference is bigger also,the ratio of behavior does not appear larger.The cause of problem behaviors including gender,age,whether the class cadre,etc.Elementary school students in the classroom problem behaviors,the causes include the cause of the pupils itself,first of all,is the age reason,followed by gender,moreover also has the ability to reason.Also include school reasons,family reasons and social reasons.On this basis,this paper puts forward the primary school classroom problem behaviors of coping strategies.First of all should adhere to the scientific education concept,including scientific education view,create classroom code of conduct,secondly should improve teachers’ professional quality,including to enhance their teaching ability and self-reflection,etc.Third to stimulate students’ interest in learning,including enhancing students’ learning initiative,enhance the students’ ability of self management,and promote the automatic level of students,etc.Finally also should be the construction of campus environment,strengthen the family and the school of communication,with a positive work attitude and schools,fewer students’ problem behavior.
