General secretary Xi pointed out: "children should be civilized in spirit and barbarous in body." Promoting the development of children’s physical and mental health is the primary task in the early childhood stage,and it is the foundation to realize the comprehensive and harmonious development of children.The realization of children’s physical and mental health development needs teachers to accurately grasp and understand deeply the goals and contents of kindergarten health education.In the current situation of vigorously developing preschool education,it is worth paying attention to whether the health education competency level of teachers employed in rural kindergartens can meet the requirements of children’s physical and mental development.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant theories of kindergarten health education,secondly,surveys the health education competency level of 145 rural kindergarten teachers employed by questionnaire survey and interview method,and at the same time,understands the management level of 10 rural kindergarten managers.Related rural kindergarten of health education teachers competency standard questionnaire,involving teachers in early childhood education of health needs assessment,planning,implementation,evaluation,resource and six aspects of problems such as communication,support,the employment interview to respectively by rural preschool teachers,administrators of status,influence factors on the implementation of health education and improve the health education hire teachers competency levels of suggestion to give priority to.This paper studies the health education competency level of rural kindergarten teachers.In the first part of the paper,questionnaire survey is mainly used to investigate the current situation of health education competency level of rural kindergarten teachers employed.Paper in the second part mainly aimed at rural kindergarten hire teachers health education competency level of the current situation,using questionnaire and interview method to analysis the factors that affect their health education competency level,rural kindergarten hire teachers can improve their education,learning,health professional knowledge,and improve the enthusiasm of autonomous learning and other measures to improve their health education competency levels,the opposite will limit its health education competency level of ascension.In the third part of the paper,based on the factors influencing the health education competency level of rural kindergarten teachers,some Suggestions are put forward from the macro and micro perspectives.From a macro point of view,the government can increase support,provide complete hardware facilities for rural kindergartens,and organize various forms of health education training activities to improve the health education competency level of rural kindergarten teachers.In addition,colleges and universities should reasonably set up health education related courses to strengthen the cultivation of students’ health education ability.From the micro point of view,teachers and managers in rural kindergartens should change their inherent old concepts,actively learn health knowledge to improve their health education competence,so as to improve the quality of health education activities in rural kindergartens.
