| With the rapid development of knowledge,economy and information technology,reform and innovation have become the main theme of the present era.With the deepening of the comprehensive education reform in 2001,the traditional PE teaching evaluation mechanism has lagged behind the requirements of the development of the times.The reform of PE teaching evaluation mechanism has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the education field.In addition,the reform of PE teaching evaluation mechanism is the ardent expectation and support of the party and the country.It is emphasized in the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education and the Outline of Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan for Shandong Province(2011-2020)to improve the teaching evaluation mechanism.However,Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)can not only evaluate the relative effectiveness,but also analyze the optimization measures of physical education teaching evaluation and avoid the complicated calculation process.Therefore,under this background,it is a beneficial attempt to use data envelopment analysis(DEA)to carry out the research of physical education teaching evaluation to adapt to the new era and new form.The research methods used in this paper are literature review,Delphi method,data envelopment analysis(DEA),mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey.Research purposes:Starting from the relevant theories of PE teaching evaluation and DEA model,the index of PE teaching evaluation is first drawn up,and the Delphi method is used to screen and determine the classification index and its weight of PE teaching evaluation.Then,combined with DEA model,the input and output indexes of PE teaching evaluation needed in this study are selected.Finally,the DEA model is used to evaluate the physical education teaching in normal universities in Shandong province,so as to analyze the current situation and existing problems of physical education teaching in normal universities in Shandong province,and put forward corresponding improvement measures,in order to improve the quality of physical education teaching in normal universities in Shandong province.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the overall situation of physical education teaching in normal colleges and universities in Shandong province:the teaching efficiency is relatively high,but there are also phenomena that the teaching input is not proportional to the teaching output,the teaching input is redundant and the teaching output is insufficient;Second,although the "excellent" is close to the optimal value,it shows no change trend.Third,although the "weak" deviates from the optimal value,it shows an upward trend.Fourth,the amount of investment in physical education is excessive and the allocation of resources is unreasonable.Fifth,there are two short boards in PE teaching output-the results of expert evaluation of teaching and teaching documents.Through the above research,the following three suggestions are put forward:first,set up a teaching evaluation incentive policy to continuously mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students;Second,in terms of teaching input,optimize and adjust the allocation of resources;Third,in terms of teaching output,fill in the short board-increase the output of expert evaluation results and teaching documents. |
