Narration as a kinf of essential form of interpersonal communication in daily life,is one of the abilities that humans must master.The preschool stage is a critical period for children’s language development.Narration plays a vital role in children’s language development,whether in kindergarten or family,they should pay attention to training children’s narrative ability.China is a multi-ethnic country composed of 56 ethnic groups.Nowadays,cultural exchanges among different ethnic groups are becoming increasingly frequent,and the importance of realizeing the children with "understanding both minority language and Chinese" is becoming more obvious."Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)" clearly stated that ofr kindergarten children’s language learning,while minority children learn their own language,kindergarten should help them understand and speak Mandarin and provide children with a language environment to learn Mandarin.Therefore,this article concentrates the research perspective on o the Chinese narrative ability of Korean children.The research methods applied in this study are literature method,measurement method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.First of all,based on research at home and abroad,the 30 Korean children in the class of Y kindergarten in Yanji City are taken as the research object to understand the status of Chinese narrative ability;Second,teachers of Y kindergarten in Yanji are selected as the interviewee to understand the status of bilingual education and the current situation of Chinese language education for young children.Then conduct a questionnaire survey on the parents of the class to understand the family reading situation and language environment.At last,analyze the existing problems and causes,furthermore,put forward targeted suggestions to improve the Chinese narrative ability of Korean children.According to the results of this study,the following four conclusions are summarized:(1)The overall level of Korean narrative ability of Korean children in senior grade is at a low and middle level;(2)The daily use of language significantly affects the Chinese narrative ability of children;(3)The creation of kindergartens and family environments has an important impact on the development of children’s Chinese narrative ability;(4)There is no significant difference in the comparative analysis of gender and only child on Chinese narrative ability.Based on the above conclusions,the recommendations are as follows:(1)Attach importance to environmental creation and create a better bilingual language environment for children;(2)Adopt flexible and diverse teaching and organizational forms to cultivate children’s expressiveness;(3)Enrich children’s vocabulary and encourage children to speak complete sentences(4)Through the interaction with children in the process of reading,to help children to grasp the story structure,meanwhile,to cultivate their imagination.
