It clearly put forward requirements for the content of socialization education in kindergartens in Teaching Guideline for Preschool Education(pilot)to "guide children to get involved in various collective activities,experience the fun of living together with teachers,peers and others,help them correctly understand themselves and others,and form an attitude of being close to as well as cooperating with others,society,etc." It is pointed out in Guideline To The Learning And Development Of Children Aged 3~6 to "make children experience the significance of cooperation in specific activities,as well as learn to divide the work and cooperate." All of the above indicate that children’s learning to cooperate is significant to their own development.Therefore,the cultivation of children’ s cooperative behavior in childhood is helpful to boost their social development level.However,there are relatively scarce observation and research on children’s peer cooperation behavior based on constructive play for now.Based on previous research results and combined with the reality of kindergarten,current situation and existing problems of peer cooperation behavior in the constructive play of senior class children in Yanji X kindergarten were observed,recorded and analyzed by literature study,observation and interview.We can get the causes of children’s cooperative behavior problems in constructive play through interviewing the teachers and conduct in-depth study,on the basis of which the relative guiding suggestions are put forward.Through this observation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In this study,positive cooperative behavior strategy is mainly taken in peer cooperation behavior in constructive play of senior class children in X kindergarten of Yanji city,the second is the general cooperative behavior strategy and the strategy of negative cooperative behavior is the least frequent;the majority of partners choose same-gender cooperation;most of the peer cooperation behaviors are in the stage of spontaneous collaboration;most of peer cooperation can be successful.(2)Through observation,it is found that there are mainly the following problems about peer cooperation behavior in constructive play in Yanji X kindergarten:there are too little cooperation of the opposite gender,relatively high frequency of children’s complaint behavior and low level of cooperation and part of children can not achieve the expected results.(3)Teachers’ understanding,guidance and evaluation of peer cooperation behavior,as well as parents’ parenting style and concepts will have an impact on the peer cooperation behavior of the senior class children in constructive play in Yanji X kindergarten.Based on the research conclusion,the following education suggestions are proposed:(1)Create cooperation opportunities for children and raise their awareness of heterosexual cooperation.(2)Guide children to master the way of cooperation and think highly of scientific guidance.(3)Set up a clear construction theme and promote high-level cooperation among children.(4)Take the value of constructive play and empathy training seriously.(5)Utilize the evaluation link of the game comprehensively and effectively.(6)Put in structural materials reasonably and create cooperation conditions.(7)Assist the parents to set up the right education concepts and raise the awareness of parents’socialization education.(8)Help teachers renew scientific education concepts and promote children’s socialization development.(9)Adopt the joint education of parents and kindergartens to cultivate children’s cooperative behavior. |
