Plain-plateau Environment On Teenagers Swimming Training Compared The Influence Of Physiological Responses

Altitude training as an effective means of training,has been widely used in high level swimming athletes in training,but for all the body organs and the function is still in the developmental stage of teenagers swimming athletes,whether,when and how to develop is a problem demanding prompt study in its plateau training.This research in shandong heze swimmers 18 teenagers as the research object(mean age,10.39 ± 2.09 years),in shandong province(54 meters above sea level)and qujing(elevation 2000 meters)for five weeks of altitude training research(experimental process including former plateau adaptation to suit period after training period,plateau,plateau three stages).Research purpose: to explore a five-week plains-plateau to adapt to the training of adolescent swimmers physiology and sports level,the influence of altitude training for the future of the teenagers swimming theory support and experience are put forward.Methods: in the form of 5×200 meters increasing load test observation juvenile swimmers load after blood lactate,heart rate,the change characteristics of RPE,plateau training for teenagers to swim first the related indicators and the influence of the sports ability of athletes.Research results: 1.Compared with the altitude training,blood lactate,heart rate speed increased obviously after altitude training.2.Compared with altitude training before the first week on the plateau,athletes blood lactate,heart rate,RPE,speed will rise.3.The altitude training in three weeks,blood lactic acid and RPE are adaptive decline,heart rate and speed compared to the first and second week there was no significant difference,compared to two or three weeks.Research conclusions: 1.Early mobilization teenagers to swim in a plateau on blood lactate,heart rate and RPE within a week will be irritable rise,speed decline;Juvenile swimmers in plateau and plain under the same intensity exercise,compared to plain body in plateau under more load.2.Juvenile swimmers during altitude training the body can produce adaptability to the plateau environment change,accompanied by the accumulation of fatigue.3.Three weeks of altitude training can effectively reduce the subjective fatigue athletes under the same load movement.4.Three weeks of altitude training can effectively improve the aerobic capacity of athletes.
