Research On The Choreography Of Complete Set Of Aerobic Dance Under The Rule Guidance

Aerobic dance,as one of the aerobics events,was included in the world university games in 2011 and has been recognized by the majority of aerobics lovers since then.From the rules of aerobics competition in 2013 to the rules of aerobics competition in2017,the scoring standards and assessment contents of aerobic dance projects have been constantly improved,which has refined the requirements for the choreography of complete sets of movements.And excellent complete sets of movements can maximize the overall strength of the athletes and the athletes highlight the artistic value of the complete set of movements by showing the diversification of formation,space,dance movements,teamwork and other elements,endowing the expression form of the complete set of movements with deeper connotation,and promoting the development of the aerobic dance toward a smoother and perfect direction.In this paper,using the method of literature,video analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics,basing on "FIG2013-2017 score of competitive aerobics rules","FIG2017-2020 score of competitive aerobics rules",taking 24 sets of aerobic dance movements in the 13 th to 15 th world aerobics championships as the aerobics projects and the research are conducting from four aspects: the set of movement music,dance content,main body content,formation and space.From the video analysis,to explore each participating team’s complete sets of movements’ arrangement,to understand the complete sets of aerobic dance movements’ characteristics,to look for the excellent teams’ personalized choreography characteristics,and to point out the direction of complete aerobic dance choreography,so as to enrich the theoretical research on the competition of aerobic dance projects.Research conclusions:1.Aerobic dance’s music style is mainly pop music,the number of participating teams who choose national music is reducing by each session;The fit degree of music and movement is increasing gradually,more than 50% of the participating teams add special effects to the music with arranging corresponding movements,which reflects the higher artistic quality.2.The number of aerobic dancing upper limb asymmetrical movement and the torso part participating is increasing,the expressive forms of operational movements are abundant by each session,and that reflects a high artistic value;Step movements of the basic steps are gradually increasing,and they no longer focus on the movements of the legs or lifting movements,but incorporate more abundant dance elements;More than 75% of the participating teams arranged the second style movements in the middle1/3 part,and the proportion of the high and low movement’s times is more than 60%,and choose two or more types of street dance can enrich the performance of the movement.3.The number of transition movements used in aerobic dance increases by session,but the connecting movements decrease by session;The arrangement of the lift is no longer limited to the standard of scoring,the downward movement is more inclined to arrange the somersault movement,and the location of the field is no longer limited to complete in situ;the cooperation between two participants were more than 50%,and the proportion of 3-4 participants and 5-8 participants increased with each passing session,which raised the importance of collective participation.The total number of aerobic dance skill movements decreased significantly,but the number of participants in skill combination movements increased step by step.4.The utilization rate of aerobic dance set space C is more than 50%,which is higher than utilization rate of space A;The space utilization rate of the three competitions shows a stable proportion without significant change.The proportion of BCB’s spatial conversion form is more than 25%,and it tends to increase by each session,and the spatial conversion form is more complex gradually;The number of fixed formation is significantly higher than mobile formation,and the proportion remained stable in the three games without significant change;The number of repeated formations shows a decreasing trend,and the innovation degree of formations increased by each session.
