Objective: Through the 8-week relaxation exercise of health building foundation work before and after the experiment,the effectiveness and feasibility of health building foundation work in improving the sleep quality of excellent athletes were verified by statistical analysis.It can broaden the application scope of sports health building,enrich the recovery means of high-level athletes and help Tokyo Prepare for the Olympic Games and do a good job in service guarantee.Research methods: According to the experimental requirements,nine women wrestlers from the National Women’s wrestling team were selected as the subjects during the winter training of Tokyo Olympic Games.The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Scale was required to be ≥ 7.Taking health preservation and foundation building as the intervention means,the immediate effect before and after the exercise and the tracking experiment after 8 weeks were carried out for the subjects.Then,spss25.0 was used to test the paired t-test and analyze the differences of the collected data,and the research results were obtained.Results and conclusion:1.Before and after eight weeks of health maintenance and foundation building exercise,there was a significant difference in the sleep recovery time of the athletes,including 320.33 ± 24.05 in the first week,333.22 ± 23.47 in the eighth week,P value of 0.015(P < 0.05);there was a significant improvement in the sleep pressure time,including 47.44 ± 28.18 in the first week,23.77 ± 10.82 in the eighth week,P value of0.040(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in the other five indexes,including total sleep time,average heart rate,average respiratory rate,RMSSD and LF / HF(P > 0.05);2.During the 8-week experiment,CK(creatine kinase)increased significantly(P< 0.05),indicating that the training load of the sports team increased during this period,and the stimulation of the athletes’ body increased;the other 3 blood indexes:hemoglobin,serum cortisol and testosterone did not show significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.After 8 weeks of health foundation building exercise,when the amount of training gradually increases(the rise of creatine kinase in athletes),it can effectively guarantee the recovery time of athletes’ sleep,reduce the pressure time in athletes’ sleep,and significantly improve the sleep quality of athletes.2.Health maintenance and foundation building can improve the sleep quality of athletes by improving brain function,Qi and blood regulating function,viscera function,ventilator function and comprehensive conditioning of the body in the aspect of consolidating the body and cultivating the yuan.The research suggestions are as follows:1.The health foundation building skill is suitable for improving the sleep quality of high-level athletes.This study provides a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of athletes’ sleep problems in the field of competitive sports,and suggests that high-level sports teams can take exercises according to their own conditions.2.It is suggested that high-level athletes should take part in the exercise of health preservation and foundation building during the period of high-intensity training.And through the actual training load of each team to increase or decrease the training time and times of the foundation work.3.In the eight week experiment,the mean value of LF / HF in the eighth week is lower than that in the first week,but there is no significant difference in statistics,which may be related to the length of the experiment.If the experiment continues,it is expected to show significant difference,further discussion and research are needed.
