| At present,China has an elderly population accounting for 17.9% of the country ’s total population,making it the country with the largest elderly population group in the world.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s economy,after the elderly’s living standard has been greatly improved,the demand for improving their own health and quality of life is also increasing.The eight-step five-step Taijiquan is a cultural,fitness and simple Taijiquan routine.It is a martial arts management center of the State General Administration of Sport.It provides a more easy-to-learn fitness Taijiquan for the public,which can meet the needs of the elderly to improve their health through Taijiquan exercise.Therefore,the research in this paper is based on the study of the effects of eight methods and five steps of Taijiquan on the physical health and blood lipid of the elderly women.The purpose is to test whether the eight-step five-step Taijiquan exercise has an intervention effect on the physical fitness and blood lipid of the elderly.Research method: Recruit 43 volunteers who meet the experimental requirements in Dingfuzhuang Nanli Community and Taipingzhuang Community,Chaoyang District,Beijing,aged between 60-69 years,and then randomly divide 43 subjects into two groups as The subjects of this study.The experimental group undertook 8-step five-step tai chi training 3 times a week for 12 weeks,and the control group underwent vigorous walking exercise 3 times a week for 12 weeks.All the subjects were tested for physical fitness and blood lipid before and after the experiment.Experimental results:(1)After 12 weeks of eight-step five-step taijiquan intervention,the waist circumference was significantly different from that before the experiment(P <0.038);(2)After 12 weeks of eight-step five-step taijiquan and vigorous walking intervention,all dimensions of physical function In terms of indicators,the experimental group has statistical significance in vital capacity,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,and the P values in all three dimensions are less than 0.01.Both P values were less than 0.01;(3)After 12 weeks of eight-step five-step Tai Chi intervention,there were significant differences in standing with one eye closed and responding,and the P values in both dimensions were less than 0.01.(4)After 12 weeks of eight-step five-step tai chi and vigorous walking intervention,the experimental group had significant differences in triglyceride and total serum cholesterol in all dimensions of blood lipid(P <0.05),of which HDL had the best effect,P value is much lower than 0.001;the control group also has significant differences in triglyceride and total serum cholesterol(P <0.05),and also has the best effect on high-density lipoprotein,P value is far below 0.001.Research conclusions: According to the 12-week eight-step five-step Taijiquan intervention,the research results show that it can effectively improve the physical health of the elderly and improve the blood lipid level.The specific performance is:(1)Eight-step five-step tai chi has obvious shaping and fat-reducing effects on the waist of elderly women.(2)Eight-step five-step tai chi and vigorous walking are suitable for the elderly with moderate exercise intensity.After 12 weeks of intervention,both groups can effectively improve the elderly’s lung capacity and lower blood pressure.(3)The intervention of eight methods and five steps of Tai Chi can effectively improve the balance ability of the elderly and reduce the reaction time.(4)After the intervention of eight methods and five steps of Taijiquan and walking,both groups effectively reduced blood lipids,triglycerides,total serum cholesterol,and increased high-density lipoprotein,which can effectively improve blood lipid levels.、... |
