| Chinese volleyball league college students gradually become the high attention of volleyball match an event,one of the excellent athletes and the college students entering the professional team to take part in professional league case,people pay more and more attention to college athletes selecting,cultivating and training,natural attach more importance to the volleyball players skills,intelligence,physical,psychological and other aspects of the research.In the past,there was more research on the attacking ability of the attacking hand and less on the organizing ability of the team’s setter.Reading ability,as a combined noun to evaluate the coach first,is gradually applied to the setter.Although the ability to read the game is used to judge the level or tactical awareness of the setter,no one defines or explains what the ability to read the game is and what the setter needs to read.This is an urgent problem for us to solve.This paper by college students who read the women’s volleyball league ability evaluation index system as the research object,through the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)method,setter has to read the competition ability for definition,setter clear reading game is what problem,second setter for filtered reading competition ability index,the result for college students to read the women’s volleyball league ability evaluation index system from the initial 5 first-level indicators,23 secondary indicators,73 tertiary index by experts supplemented,excluding,screening,finally get the following conclusion:1.Form a system framework consisting of two first-level indicators,seven second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators of the pre-match analysis and pre-match reading of the local team and the other team,and form a hierarchical structure model of the second-level reading ability.2.Ahp was used to calculate the weights of all levels of indicators,among which the reading of own side’s spike tactics,own side’s strong attack,the other side’s strong attack and fast attack accounted for more than other indicators.3.By taking the cumulative value of the weight value of each indicator and the product of the score as the overall score of the ability to read the secondary reading competition,the quality of the ability to read the secondary reading competition is evaluated according to the five-level evaluation standard,so as to realize the goal of examining the ability to read the competition of the secondary reading athletes from multiple indicators and selecting the excellent talents more strictly.This paper explores the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system of the reading ability of the eraser,hoping to provide a theoretical guidance and reference for the selection and training of the eraser by domestic coaches in the future,as well as a self-evaluation method for the eraser to help the eraser achieve self-improvement.Due to the limited energy of the author,practice has not been tested,I hope to do further research in the future,or hope that scholars interested in this research can be more in-depth analysis,to help improve the evaluation system. |
