A Study On The History And Development Status Of Volleyball Team Representatives Of Beijing Sports University

The volleyball team of Beijing sport university was founded in 1953 and has a history of more than 60 years.By reviewing the history of the volleyball team of Beijing sport university,this paper reviews the history,background,advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the volleyball team of Beijing sport university,hoping to provide some Suggestions for the future development of the volleyball team of Beijing sport university.This research USES the literature material method,case analysis method,Delphi method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,SWOT analysis method,etc.,collecting a large number of historical data,the first in Beijing sports university volleyball historical situation of the school volleyball team,women’s volleyball team is analyzed,and combining the method of SWOT to bsu school volleyball team further conclude that the development of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats factors,in combination with the status quo of comprehensive analysis of various factors,the advantage and avoid disadvantage,with the aid of opportunity,dissolve the threat.By means of quantitative analysis,this paper determines the type of strategy,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the development of volleyball team of Beijing sport university,which provides theoretical basis for the future development.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The volleyball team of Beijing sports university has experienced four stages:volleyball team(initial)period,volleyball department period,volleyball youth training team period and volleyball team(development)period.Among them,men’s volleyball team and women’s volleyball team experienced their respective trough,peak and stable period.Through analysis,it is found that in addition to policy guidance,historical development limitations and other factors,the source of volleyball team students,training arrangements,participation,special credit and incentive mechanism,etc.,have a certain impact on the performance of the competition.2.According to the SWOT analysis,there are 12 advantages for the volleyball team of Beijing university of northern sports,such as "the volleyball team has a strong teaching staff with high level" and "the teachers of the volleyball team have strong scientific research ability";There are 6 disadvantage factors,such as "more emphasis on training and less learning content";There are 5 factors of opportunity,such as "with the support of the general administration of sport of China,with relevant policy support";There are 2 threatening factors in total,such as "the competition policy of college sports teams is not conducive to the development of volleyball representative teams in our school".3.based on the bsu school volleyball team development characteristics,combined with the SWOT analysis of the superior,inferior,opportunity and threat factors,the development of Beijing sports university school volleyball team strategic choice should be pioneering strategy,the development of Beijing sports university school volleyball team strategic choice should be conservative "brand development strategy,in order to form seek improvement in stability development momentum.
