Research On The Discourse Innovation Of University Propaganda Thought Work

The propaganda and ideological work of universities assumes the important mission of ideological guarantee,spiritual motivation,public opinion guidance,and cultural support in the development of universities.Whether it is to lead the development of education or to improve teachers and students ’vigor,University propaganda and ideological work has always played an irreplaceable important role.After entering the new era,the Central Committee of the party held a national propaganda and ideological work conference.This is another scientific discussion of the propaganda and ideological work of our party,and it is an important spirit that guides the propaganda and ideological work in universities.The propaganda and ideological work of universities is a people-related work,inseparable from the communication with people,discourse is an important tool for communication,and the use of this tool is related to the effectiveness of the propaganda and ideological work of universities.Under the new situation,the international and domestic environment of university propaganda and ideological work has changed.In order to continue lead the development of university education in the new era and serve the country’s overall situation,it is necessary to continuously improve the effectiveness of discourse.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out innovative research on the discourse of propaganda thought work in universities to improve the effectiveness of propaganda thought work.This paper firstly analyzes the results obtained in the research of propaganda and ideological work in universities.After clarifying the basic situation of this research,we grasp the significance and focus of the research on propaganda and ideological work in universities.By means of literature research method,comparative analysis method and theoretical connection practice method,the literature available for reference is analyzed to determine the dimension of discourse construction in propaganda and thought work in universities.Secondly,this paper combs and analyzes some basic concepts involved in the Institute of discourse innovation in university propaganda thought work,summarizes the basic characteristics of the discourse in university propaganda work,and forms a preliminary understanding of the discourse in university propaganda work.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the innovation of propaganda and ideological work in universities.The development of the network and the promotion of reform have both opportunities and challenges for the innovation of propaganda and ideological work in universities.It can help us to clarify the importance and focus of thediscourse innovation in the propaganda and ideological work of universities.Finally,combining the existing literature theory foundation and the present situation of the propaganda thought work discourse in universities,discourse innovation is mainly carried out from three aspects: content,carrier and method.Content innovation not only insists on the dominant position of ideological discourse,but also draws lessons from social life,network culture and traditional excellent culture.Carrier innovation is based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional carriers,such as school newspapers,publicity columns,and broadcasting,and combines the objective conditions of the new era and the changes in college students ’thinking to innovate new carriers.For example,the innovation of mobile phone clients and networks is mainly combined with the emerging WeChat,Weibo,news clients,and learning powers.Methods innovation mainly from the three aspects of discourse expression,dissemination,acceptance,this part of the content mainly draws on some theories of communication science,from the perspective of university propaganda ideological work educators and educatees to analyze.
