Service industry,especially in the field of IT services,is the most developed industry of the 21 st century.It is developing and updating faster and faster.And the development of the company requires employees to improve their qualities and update their skills.The retention and reserve of talents have become the core elements of enterprise development,how to better retain talents and better integrate employees into enterprises has become the focus of major enterprises.The incentive policies of enterprises and the feedback of employees to enterprises are the ways and means of interaction and promotion between enterprises and employees.Through employees’ feedback to implement effective incentive method can not only improve the staff’s working enthusiasm and satisfaction,at the same time can develop staff potential efficiency improvements to bring more economic benefits for the enterprise.Based on G company as the main research object,this paper studied the main factors influencing the G company employee turnover rate from 5% in 2010 to 18.7% in 2015 through interviews,questionnaire investigation and data analysis.And by reconstructing of G company’s incentive policy,and also by introducing the “GAT” system to adjust employees’ integration and recognition to change the high turnover rate of G company.After the implementation of the relevant incentive policies,the employee questionnaire survey was conducted,and the effect of the incentive policy was found.G company then introduced the incentive policy into companies in IT industry,services industry and manufacturing industry to further study the effectiveness and scope of the incentive policy for enterprises.Therefore,this paper is not only to have a guiding role on solving high turnover rate on G company,but also to have a certain effect on enhancing employees’ integration and employee satisfaction in relevant industries.
