Preschool education major graduates mostly work in the early childhood education related,young children’s healthy growth cannot leave their pay,which requires the pre-school education professional students after entering the workplace,to love your job,work hard for yourself.However,the current pre-school education professional students for their own work is not very satisfied,turnover is relatively high,which not only affect their own career development,also not conducive to the healthy growth of children.This article is based on this background,to choose a university in fujian 2014 session of preschool education major students as the research object,by adopting questionnaire to investigate the job satisfaction research,the results of the survey found that preschool education professional students employment satisfaction is relatively low,and there are three main factors that affect their job satisfaction,respectively is:,unit of choose and employ persons,college students themselves,at the end of the paper based on the career anchor theory put forward improve preschool education professional students employment satisfaction strategies,through the application of these measures,can change the current pre-school education majors turnover bigger problem.
